“We had a fantastic stay at Hotel River Front. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was lovely and the welcome drink was delicious. The staff were exceptional, they were so welcoming, helpful and friendly. The hotel booked everything for our Yala safari and we had a brilliant day. The pool was amazing to unwind after a busy day travelling the first day and after our safari the 2nd day! The hotel is well maintained and is cleaned by staff regularly. Couldn’t recommend this hotel enough.”

“Beautiful setting in the border zone of Yala national park, peaceful, blends in perfectly with the surrounding environment. The staff were all fantastic, so friendly informative and kind. Such amazing attention to detail and made a huge effort to ensure we had an amazing experience. Safari was fantastic our guide was excellent and stayed away from big crowds while also bringing us to see lots of amazing animals. This stay was the highlight of our trip”
“Amazing location as the property was in beach front, with a little gate giving access to the beach. Due to being low season we are the only guest but the quality of the stay was not impacted, and the host was amazing. Swimming pool is modern and it was clear even if it was just for us. The room was clean , spacious and air conditioning was powerful. We recommend the local breakfast with sea view. Lunch and dinner was not possible during our stay but host recommended us 'Priya Moon Cafe and Seafood Restaurant' located 500m away and it was so good we came back during the second night.”

Assisted with the booking for the Yala National Park with an early morning pickup with a jeep.
Welcoming teas and delicious cakes.
Complimentary tour of the nearby lake and a sunset hike.
Bird and bat watching.

“Everything! It was the most extraordinary stay of our 3 weeks in Sri Lanka. Tribe Yala went completely above and beyond in every way - it was a honeymoon-worthy experience! The whole team were unbelievably generous, kind and helpful - we were so well looked after and felt completely safe at all times, which was particularly appreciated as we were in the middle of the national park!”
