“The hotel is run by some really good and trustworthy people, and they are very accommodating. They take safety and cleanliness very seriously, and you get the feeling that the hotel is an oasis in the middle of the loud and crazy local life. Definitely recommended, if we had the choice between this and a resort hotel, we'd still go with Bavaro Casas Beach.”
“From the moment I stepped in the lobby I loved this hotel, the staff is super efficient and welcoming. The hotel is beautifully decorated, super clean and comfortable, also has a nice terrace. The water doesn't feel or smell bad at all. The location is just perfect safe and quiet, few steps from all shops and restaurants and few seconds from the beach. Hot water, AC and WiFi working perfectly as well. Free drinking water was a plus!”

“The hotel and the location are exquisite. The food can vary from excellent to ok from dish to dish but all that is minor in comparison to the quality of service. This is probably one of the best trained teams I have ever encountered. They have purpose and do everything with pleasure and a smile. It makes for a total luxury experience. The material part which is impecable is nothing in comparison with the experience of being made to feel very special by every member of the team. Congratulations that is luxury hospitality. 👏👏”
