“I stayed in a 2BR suite. I would like to commend Ludy from housekeeping for showing outstanding service level after I gave feedback on the lapses in the cleaning of the suite. She went out of way to make sure that I was comfortable in the suite and provided all amenities and cleaning services that I needed. She also fedback to her supervisor on my comments so that the housekeeper from another shift would attend to my requests.
Sam Wu from concierge was also very helpful and attentive to our queries and needs. He made sure that our transport requests to various tourist attractions were met. In particular, he also advised on top attractions and details of moving around Gulang Island ourselves.
Location and facilities in hotel were quite good.”

Scott and Mia in particular were of fantastic help to me and the way they went above and beyond for me definitely helped make my stay very comfortable.”
