Very close to Malendure, so perfect for our diving activity. The property was clean, comfortable and well equipped. “Fabulous location, so close to so many of Basse Terre’s best beaches. The neighbourhood itself was quiet and the property felt very private. Supermarket less than 5 minutes walk away. Great contact with the hosts, they responded quickly and were super informative - they gave us a great list of recommended restaurants which we loved. “First things first, Your host (Isa) is as nice as You can get and her "delegate" Monsieur Nicolas is no less friendly. It was easy to meet even at a late check in (close to 21h) at the gate of the property. You probaly need a car to enjoy fully the place though. There is parking close to the block entrance and it seems to be enough except maybe in high season.
The place is nice and being upgraded constantly so expect my "complaints" to be solved on your stay. As an example, pillows too soft, they are already changed whwn I write this.
The view from the terrace is really partial pool and partial ocean and the rest are coconut trees and gardens, You eat, have a drink and read there very nicely.
The pool is espectacular, You cannot have enough! The beach is tiny but nice and the resto close to it is very agreeable and have bread for You in the morning if You don't wann go out. You have restaurants close (from 2 to 4km) and a big supermarket in St François although all this depend on a car.
People in the condominium (kids and parents included!) were polite, calm, quiet and well mannered with a Bonjour/bonsoir constantly. A pleasure!”
