“We did not have the chance to come (cancelled our trip); so we can not really say.
However we had requested way prior to our stay (6 days) to cancel without fees. The owner of the accommodation was contacted several times and never seemed to reply. We received a lot of communications prior to staying though and also for the checkin + checkout.
The place looks really nice - sad we couldn’t enjoy and couldn’t find an agreement on the cancellation.”

“The apartment is nice. It had everything what we needed. The kitchen is well equipped. It has a nice terrace even when the view to the sea is limited, we enjoyed sitting there in the evening.”
