Such a joy to wake up each morning to nothing but the sound of wildlife and the mesmerizing chickens next door.
The cabin has all you need for a wonderful stay; all kitchen appliances, tv with fire stick, towels, a power shower with great pressure, comfortable bed, patio with BBQ etc.
My first impression of the cabin was so good that I left a review on their fb page only hours after arriving.
Their gift of fresh bread, milk, butter and eggs from their own hens was a beautiful gesture.
The friendly hosts, Sam and James, are non intrusive however, they are there if you need them for anything. Nothing is too much trouble.
The location is second to none. A perfect base for all local sightseeing but also perfectly placed if you want to go further afield..I visited Cardiff, Bristol and Gloucester...all a mere 60 minute ish drive away. There are maps provided and a booklet of suggestions on places to see, resturants and takeaways. They also provide a guide of how to use appliances etc.
The plus for me was the private, gated garden so my cocker spaniel could mooch around off lead.
I would 100% recommend this place, I loved it so much that I stayed an extra night!

“Directions to the location were clear & helpful. The location was quiet and secluded with superb views over the countryside including from a private patio. The welcome pack was much appreciated - delicious home baked bread and tray bake, filter coffee & cafetierre. The hosts provided the milk I requested. Much thought & attention to detail had gone into preparing the cottage. The facilities for disabled were exceptional - worksurfaces for washing, cooking, food prep & even dressing table fully adjustable for height. I especially appreciated the wet room with ample room to manouver. Health & Safety measures in place, including emergency lighting.”
