“No one cleaned our room for 4 days straight. I called and went to the front desk. The staff at the front desk didn't care. If you have an emergency, good luck getting anyone to answer the front desk phone, housekeeping or bellboy.
The entertainment staff is great. Jonathan goes above and beyond to make sure guests have a great time!
Couldn't get pool towels. They said you need a card. Well, I was standing there with 2 towels to return for new ones and they kept asking for my towel card! Never got towel cards at check-in!

“The design of the hotel is excellent. We like this style. The sea view is gorgeous and the sunsets are breathtaking. The pool area across from the restaurant is well made and is nice to spend time at. Overall the pool area makes for an enjoyable stay.”
“The property location is great and the beach is lovely. The location is quite close to town - a 10 dollar trip. It has some nice restaurants close by and the hotel restaurants is great but they are hire expensive, as are drinks.
The beds and pillows were really comfortable and the aircon was great and new.”

“The location is great, only a few blocks from the main plaza but very quiet. Our room was large, shower has hot water, wifi and air conditioning work well. Check in is easy from the pharmacy. Nice to have a fridge
The shared kitchen doesn't have much but has a kettle and French press for coffee. Coffee maker in the room needs filters. There is a water cooler which is very nice. Sheets and towels were very clean. The room was fairly clean but the place could use an overall deep clean and paint job. Our large double room was quiet but the room that everyone complains about the noise do have pumps behind that we could hear in the kitchen. The owner is very nice and helpful. Outside of the rooms is a lovely garden.”

“I liked our bed, it was comfortable. Staff was promptly responsive to requests. Take my review with a grain of salt as we were there in a tropical storm which may have lead to some cleanliness issues beyond anyone’s control.”
