We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Albatross Suites. We stayed in the 2 bedroom sea view apartment, which was exactly as pictured. The staff are all excellent & the included breakfast was delicious. The only downside is the location, as there is not much within walking distance, although there is a convenience store right next door.

The water pressure wasn't strong but I guess that is an island problem generally. You can hear the noise from the street and other rooms.

We had a very pleasant time here. Nice and clean rooms, good location with parking, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The restaurant on the rooftop is also very good.

Double beds were very small. Included breakfast menu was quite limited (but not more so than other places we visited in Mexico) - although the food we had there was great.

Loved the location with sea views, next door to a dive place (albeit, not a great one). Top floor restaurant was awesome - high quality food, great veg go e choice, fab views.

Heated pool

The staff were accommodating, warm, and responsive. We received great advice and were provided with all we needed during our stay. The room was clean, well appointed and comfortable, I will surely return. We especially would like to thank Angel, Aaron, for help with the rental and Gerardo for help with the remote. Our room was well maintained and cleaned by Lupita, Yesica and Andrea! Restaurant staff at Sereno were helpful as well and the food was delicious. Thank you!

Maybe one more window covering as it was bright with the sun coming in a window that didn't have a curtain or window covering. Since you are right on the main road, it can be noisy, but the location is the trade off for the noise.

Loved the complimentary breakfast! Fresh fruits, yogurt with Granola, toast with butter and preserves, plus your choice of a main dish as well! The food was delicious! The rooms are very clean and have good air conditioning. The staff is very friendly, helpful and professional. They were wonderful!

This place is incredible! Rooms are spacious, garden is gorgeous, staff go above and beyond to accommodate you! Beautiful view of the water! Super accessible with taxis coming past every few minutes. Bikes and escooters for rent. Was a great place to spend our anniversary, Aaron was wonderful! When we mentioned a small issue with the shower it was fixed immediately! We loved it so much we extended our trip for a another night. Wish we came here sooner!

I would not say that breakfast was terrific. The view was nice though. Since there are not many eat-out options around the hotel, so you might want to check some brunch cafes if you travel with a rent car or scooter.

The bedroom was huge and comforting. The staff was very attentive and responsive. There is no beach around, but I could swim at the corner, across the street. Some reviewers said there was no hot water but I didn't have any problem. Overall, it was a superb stay. For those who have sensitive hearing, you might have some concerns as the hotel sits by the main road. However, after nightfall, it was quiet.

It was a nice hotel but overall it was a bit too expensive for us considering the location, breakfast and smaller staff. But we noticed that we could have the room cheaper, booking at the hotel.

Each member of the teams were very nice and help as also grateful when you have requests. The restaurant has also nice extra alternatives for breakfast. We could have the possibility to eat there for dinner but must have been nice. The area around the pool is relaxing. There are not many other guests around. The rooms are nice. Guest have access to hot or cold water to drink.

Final price from booking.com was less than what I was asked to pay onsite for charged 1000n pesos more than what it was booked for but that could also be a booking.com problem the hotel and booking should figure it out though as to not mislead customers in anyway. Also one of our rooms had a terrible sewer smell constantly in the bathroom.

Everything the location is great. Beautiful snoring across the street rooftop restaurant is probably the best food in Cozumel. Staff are friendly and the private pool was great.

Amazing place with a lovely design and friendly feel to the place. Aaron on reception was so helpful before and during our stay. The restaurant also serves great food and cocktails which is worth trying during your stay. They also accommodated an earlier breakfast so we had something to eat before diving. Brilliant

Noise travels too well in this hotel, we kept hearing a lot of noise I'm assuming from other rooms while in our hotel room The pool is quite small but the pool area is great and well taken care of The location is okay, close enough to the city center but in a quiet area, across the street from the water
