“Overall I had an excellent stay at this hotel. I was there for seven nights and it was so good that I didn't actually leave the hotel once, other than on a dive boat! It is a real pleasure to stay there and the atmosphere is very much one of luxury, relaxation and comfort, thanks to the hotel's facilities, staff and location.
The rooms are large, clean and well appointed, with very comfortable beds and good views.
The location is excellent, far enough from the town and the main road for it to be very quiet, and obviously right on the ocean, but also close enough to town that you can go in if you want to.
The four restaurants were all excellent and almost everything I ate was very good. The prices are very high by Mexican standards but about the same as I'd expect to pay for a decent quality meal in the UK.
The staff and service were excellent throughout.
The on-site scuba diving shop provides access to some very good dive sites.
The whole hotel and especially the restaurants were very quiet in early September, which I gather is low-season. For me, this was mostly a positive thing.”

“Nice hotel for the kids. They enjoyed the kids pool area! During our stay there were always lounge chairs available, the pools were always clean. The beach area was nice. Did not see any seaweed in Cozumel.
It’s a smaller resort for families! All in all our stay was relaxing!
If you want to party it’s not a good spot for you. There is a club open until I believe 2am but was almost empty the days we were there. One of the days we went there were about 20 people so it was better!”
