“The hotel kindly arranged for us to be picked up from the train station. We were made to feel so welcome. Hotel was lovely & clean. Breakfast was excellent. The lady and gentleman who took care of us were great. We borrowed bikes from the hotel free of charge. Would definitely recommend this hotel and hope to go back.

“It's a nice place to stay, but really there's nothing more to say than that. If you need a place to stay, this'll do the job. The TV is modern! Extra blankets if you need them, free water refill machine, no bad smells anywhere, not a noisy area. Originally I had this at a 6, but I didn't realise this hotel was managed by the Red Cross, so I don't feel it's fair to judge it as a typical hotel. If it was I think it would be more of a 5/6. But as it's run by a charity, this is a good 7.5 from me.”
