“The location was really good. Close to both city center, science park and the beach. The room i had was one of the modern ones. It was perfect for me. Good size, bed was good. Had good extra's like a fridge, safe, suitcase place, seats. Digital options for lights and airco. My room didnt have the old fashioned key. Breakfast was good enough.”

  • “After a long haul flight from Bangkok we only wanted a good shower and a nap to recover from the jetlag. Self Check in was easy. They said. But the screen for the check in was broken and no way we could check in. You have to call a local spanish number to explain the problem. I said: impossible to check in because the screen is completely white. To my surprise the guy asked me to take a picture of the white screen and send it via whatsapp. Why do I take action to solve a problem I am not responsible for? My Thai number did not work in Spain so I had to ask a local Spanish guy to help us out with his cellphone and send the picture via whatsapp. Then we had to wait 30 minutes before the service guy arrived. Imagine this after a 25 hour journey and 30 degrees C. When he arrived there were no excuses, he had to make a phonecall and we just waited and waited. After a while he fixed the problem and we finally could check in. The room itself is about half the size if what we expected from the shown pictures when we booked. There's a green light in the room which you can't turn off so the room stays lighted at night. The mattresses of the beds are very soft. There's a Nespresso machine to make coffee but no kettle to make tea. But the location of this hotel is great, downtown Valencia.”

“The staff were super helpful and accommodating! The room was clean and the mini fridge useful for my son's formula. The location was perfect for work and also leisure right on the edge of the big park 10 minute walk from the science and art centre. The complimentary bathroom supplies were a lovely touch and very useful.”
