I suppose if you are a big group ( which I was not) you might have to take turns taking the elevator , which , mind you, was working just fine.

The Mestalla was walking distance, so enjoyed a game while there. I got an early checkin which I appreciated! Bed and room was comfortable! Restaurant downstairs was a BONUS!!

The thing that I didn't like was that u can hear everything from the other rooms especially the room next to me they were so chaotic and screaming at night and early morning that's it.

It was a clean room so close to the center so close to most good cafeterias and restaurants actually I barely needed to take a bus or tram only to go to the station joaquin sorolla and the oceanografico and the beach it was a small room but suitable for 2 nights, the staff are so kind and lovely very helpfull and try their best to assist you

The bathroom could use an update. It’s a bit loud and water in the shower doesn’t go away fast enough. The door is a bit thin so you hear noises from the hall at times.

The room is big and spacious. They wait for you with the ac on which is a big plus. Comfortable bed. The staff are amazing super helpful and friendly :)

The room is nice but basic, I would have appreciated a fridge. AC was working, but took its time and could have been cooler than 23 degrees. Price ratio fine, but not cheap either (to be fair I went during the holidays in August).

Nice welcome and room, unlike other reviews it was very quiet during the night (7th floor interior). The bathrooms were always free and clean. Great location on the edge of the old town (10 min walk to be in the midst of it), buses to the Southern beaches leave from there and Rusafa is walkable.

The floor where I was had 9 rooms (some single, some double, so I'd estinate around 15 people at full occupancy) and only two bathrooms, which is ridiculous as they were occupied all the time. The toilet did not even flush properly. My room's window faced an internal court that had clammy, stinky air all the time, so also the room always smelled bad. I also felt the lack of a mini fridge in my room to keep my water fresh

The position is really good; air conditioning was fundamental for survival and good sleep... The bed was small but comfortable.

Light and noise from shared premises can be disturbing for people with lighter sleep, but they weren´t a problem for me. I found the workdesk a bit small and uncomfortable, but for one working afternoon it was OK. The room comes with air-conditioning which is definitely a pro, but a big fan on the ceiling was shaking a little so I was worried to use it. The accommodation does not take responsibility for stolen items from rooms, which is good to know in advance.

Apartments of Hi Valencia Canovas have a very good location, close to metro Colón (7mins) and Mercat de Colón (2mins) which is a nice place to eat & drink and try a traditional horchata. There was no staff but self check-in was quite quick and easy. The room was modern and it had a comfortable bed and a good WiFi, both the room and the shared bathroom were clean.

The location of the room was not ideal right next to the front door (which slammed all night long) and the bathroom. The walls are thin and there was no noise buffer( not fun).

I liked the neighborhood and the actual room was fine. The check in was easy and the woman who was there at check in was quite nice.
