“Gorgeous big garden with lovely pool and outside seating, dining area and bbq. The house was very spacious, well equipped, impeccably clean and very comfortable. We were a big family group and the house layout suited us perfectly. Very quiet area only 5 mins by car to town and beaches. Friendly and helpful host, Julie who was quick to reply to any questions.”

“Great location, very close to shops for groceries, local cafes for a coffee and bifana as well as a couple of restaurants. Easy to get into Lisbon and very local to some beautiful spots by the beach and bridge. The accommodation was clean and minimal, the host was very easy to contact. We managed to lock ourselves out and they did their best to get help to ensure we were not left stranded for long! We had two dogs with us and always appreciate a dog friendly host.”

“One of the highlights of our visit was the warm and welcoming hospitality of the landlady. She met us upon arrival to hand over the keys and took the time to give us a thorough tour of the property.
Her genuine warmth and attention to detail made us feel right at home. She was incredibly helpful, providing us with local tips and recommendations that greatly enhanced our stay in Setúbal. She had even left some snacks and fresh water in the property for us; which was a lovely touch after a lengthy travel.
It was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The property is beautifully maintained, offering a perfect blend of comfort and charm that made our stay truly memorable.
The accommodation itself was immaculate, well-appointed, and tastefully decorated. Every amenity we could possibly need was provided, making our stay both convenient and enjoyable. The location was ideal, allowing us easy access to explore the beautiful surroundings of Setúbal.
I cannot recommend Rate Aliciamar E by Casas de Setúbal highly enough. The combination of a fantastic property and the charming, hospitable landlady made for an unforgettable stay. We look forward to returning in the future!”
