“The hotel was great. Staff were professional and very helpful, especially the reception staff. The room was spotlessly clean and I had everything I needed, including a fridge in the room and hot water for tea/coffee on every floor. The location was perfect - close to the main commercial area, but in a quiet street and I even had a view of the volcano from my room.”
