“An incredibly nice rural location with a large house (and additional rooms annexed) at the end of a track . The room was spacious with high spec facilities. The added bonus being the pool. There was an indoor and outdoor kitchen, where you could cook your own food or dine at the restaurant / bar on the main site. This served great food so there was no need to leave the site.”

“We liked best of all the very nice welcome and friendliness we received from the reception team and in particular the way Emon looked after us throughout our 7 night stay. We have never received such good service from a hotel and we’ve stayed in many over the years. Many thanks to Emon he is a credit to your hotel.
We also liked the room size, the comfort of the bed, the hotel location, and the cleanliness throughout.
The car park for the hotel was easily accessed direct from the main road and we enjoyed use of the disabled space which we needed as I have mobility problems. We were also given a 3rd floor room close to the lift which also made life easier for us.”

“We booked a standard room which then wasn’t available. We were happy to pay to be upgraded, though for the extra money we paid, we felt quite disappointed. The curtains were broken, no complimentary water or glasses- just small paper cups in the bathroom, no tea or coffee facilities, and the bed was so hard we both woke with back ache. Breakfast wasn’t included.”
“The apartments are amazing and very impressive on the decore, amenities, amazing kitchen and showers and super comfortable. We started in an amazing apartment but it was in the middle of a whole neighborhood they are building so everything was under construction, we talked to the reception which were amazing and they switched our apartment to a different location with a private pool which we loved. Also, on the inside we had 3 showers and toilets which was super comfortable for our group of 4 adults + 2 children.”
