“Loved everything about this cosy penthouse in the sky. It's not for the faint of heart, as there are 91 steps up. No lift to this loft! Not a problem for us, as we had little luggage and fit as fiddles.
Upon entering the door, you are immediately into a cosy hug. This is place is the absolute biz. So so comfy, trendy decor and kitchen is great. Theres a balcony off to the side. Big enough for 2 seats and a table. 2 bedrooms. One double(which is fancy as), and one twin(perfect kids room). Bathroom is lovely too. Fine big shower. Also, loads of beautiful plants in-house, which I just adored.
5 minutes walks to shops, pharmacy and delicious bakeries. 25 mins walk to playa Magdalena. Short bus trip to same or sardinero.
The weather was not great when we were there, so Sweet Surrender was a nice place to be to wait out the rain. We had 2 small kids, so the smart tv was an absolute godsend.
The host couldnt have been more helpful. Checked in with us a few times to see if we needed anything. Also booked a taxi for us. A fantastic host.”
“Views are amazing and its a quiet area. About 12 min walk from town. Apartment was clean, patio was lovely to sit on for meals. Kitchen is pretty well equipped although there were few things missing - theres a big euro store nearby where you can buy few extra things so it wasnt a big deal.”
