Me and my husband left after attending our daughter's commencement and my mom had to stay for one more night to catch the flight next day. Anna is a such kind and experienced lady, clarifying and assisting my mon with late check-out. Very very helpful. Also Nellie, whom we met upon arrival, is a lively young lady with beautiful smile. “Mr Dinesh does an amazing job managing Regency Inn. With over 40 years of hospitality service, he has the disposition to relate with guests from different parts of the world, and makes them feel comfortable staying at Regency Inn. Room rates are very reasonable for the location next to SF airport, and the facilities are kept clean. Despite next to a major road, traffic noise was almost inaudible. Adequate parking for someone needing a couple of nights close to San Francisco and the airport. Adequate complimentary breakfast for those who like something to eat and drink before their journey.”
“For me personally the warmth, friendly faces and ready to help attitude of the staff especially Steffy and Alfonso the lovely people at the reception was the highlight. We had road tripped all the way from Nevada and stayed in multiple hotels but I have to say even though this one isn’t really a “luxury” hotel; the niceness of the staff really does make all the difference:
Within walking distance of 1 minute you have a Mexican restaurant and then you’ve got Venice beach like 7-8 minute walk away. So it’s very well located too.
The parking lot was very convenient and felt and the area felt quite safe especially when compared with other areas of LA.”
“Interesting experience sleeping in a tent. The beddings and sheets were comfortable and the shared shower/toilet facilities were adequate. The tents were generally not shaded so it did get heated up in the day. Therefore, do note the heat when staying in summer as it did not get cool till about 9 pm at night. It was comfortable through the night till early morning. However, it's a good stopover after visiting Death Valley NP if you need to travel this way. The restaurant opposite has rooms and cabins (with air-conditioning) if you are willing to pay more for comfort, and does provide good food and alcohol with internet access. Look for Brian who manages the place.”
