“The property is in a very quiet but reasonably central area of Munich. Located on the 4th floor there are good lift access facilities also. Sylvia met us on arrival and was extremely helpful on arrival and kept in touch throughout our stay to ensure the apartment facilities were as required for 3 adults. The apartment was comfortable with excellent TV services and more than adequate kitchen and bathroom facilities.
My 2 adult sons and I had a very pleasant stay in Sylvia’s apartment.”

It was also very convenient that there were 2 boxes of water and beer at the first floor and you could always buy it for 3 euros and not have to look for it in the store. No problem with parking and our frenchie :)”

“Our stay was fantastic. The host was exceptionally kind, taking the time to show us around the property and offering valuable advice on local points of interest. She was very responsive and available whenever we needed assistance.
The property itself was wonderful, featuring beautiful, nearly new furnishings and all the necessary equipment for our stay. Everything was impeccably clean and tidy, truly perfect.
There is convenient parking right in front of the house, and a children's park just 100 meters away. This was ideal for us, as we planned to visit Playmobil Park, Dino-Park, and go fossil hunting. The location of this apartment was perfectly situated in the middle of all the attractions we wanted to explore.
We will gladly return!”
