“The delux room was of great size for 2 adults and 2 kids, the children had plenty of space to play around. The bathroom was really big and the bath products were of great quality.
Really tasty food, not too many options, just enough, good quality. Great coffee- Costa and Lavazza. Always fresh fruits! A lot of baby food options.
Good size pools- both indoor and outdoor.
There was an incident with elevator and the management made it up to us with a great gesture, which we were really thankful for. Good customer service!”
