“I gave a good score for the staff because they really did try their best, thankyou to housekeeping, reception and the guest experience manager for making this stay not so much of a disaster as it could have been- we really appreciated all you did for us. I couldn't give full marks for staff because it was near impossible to speak to the duty manager, very elusive, but managed to after days of complaining.”
