“Very nice villa in a quiet residential area. It is only a 10 to 15 minute walk into Son Bou town and beach area. There was plenty of free on street parking spaces directly outside the villa (We were there at end of September so perhaps it is more difficult to get a space in busier summer months.) The villa was clean and spacious and would easily fit a large family or three couples. You enter the villa from the street into the upper floor which has a good sized open plan living and dining area. This leads on to a large terrace which overlooks your private garden/pool area. The terrace has an amazing view to the beach and ocean. You can sit there and relax and enjoy the sunrise or sunset. Downstairs there are three bedrooms with double beds (two single beds pushed together) in each bedroom. Two of the bedrooms have double doors which lead to the garden/pool area. We all found the beds very comfy. They appeared to be fairly new and had a medium to firm feel to them. There was air con units and ceiling fans in all bedrooms. There are two nice bathrooms with good sized showers in each. The water pressure and temperature was great. The villa has everything you need including large fridge, oven/stove, cooking utensils, toaster, microwave, coffee machine and washing machine. The host was quick to respond to any questions I had and communication was made simple via WhatsApp. We stayed 10 days and on day 5 some friendly cleaners came and tidied the villa and changed bed sheets and towels. Overall a very relaxing and enjoyable stay.”
