There are some stairs since it is an apartment in the center of the old building. We didn't mind but if some guests have a problem with the stairs we recommend being aware of it.

The location is perfect, the host is kind, friendly, and ready to help, the place is clean and beautiful, and the breakfast is delicious. Wi fi was great (included). We had a great time in Palma and our apartment and would recommend it to everyone.

Due to the nature of the building it had very steep stairs up to the rooms which were difficult to climb especially as our legs got weary from all the walking. Nothing else negative to say.

Stayed in Double Dulux room which was spacious with a very comfy king sized bed & large bathroom. Having a kettle, coffee machine and mini fridge was great. Nice toiletries provided, along with hairdryer. The continental breakfast was superb! So fresh with excellent choice & quality products. Lacked nothing. Lovely cozy sofa/reading room. An old historic building which gave the place an authentic quirky feel which we loved. Beautiful brickwork, tiles & beams.

My impression of the hotel was ruined by the lady that was hosting the breakfast on the weekend. I felt super uncomfortable, she was staring and counting how many pieces of cheese I take, how many pastry I took, standing just behind my back with an angry face. I think she didn't like the fact that I have poured the whole glass of juice in the first day, because on the second day she wanted to pour it herself and I got 1/3 of glass 😂. She also didn't inform us that we could get some freshly boiled eggs. Also the room has no ventilation and all the smells from the toilet must go to the room and after the shower, the whole room is very humid and there is water on the windows.

The hotel is in a great center location, super close to La Rambla and all bars and restaurants. The room was very spacious, comfortable and clean The breakfast had high quality products and we really liked it.

Where to begin! I had picked room 6 as it had a bit of everything- a seating area, a terrace, a fridge, a kettle and a lovely large bedroom. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The receptionist Paola was so kind and nothing was a problem. For better weather days there was a lovely terrace at the top of the building. The location of the hotel is excellent. A short walk to the centre of the old town. We came for a relaxing couples break and enjoyed every minute.

There's nothing that could be any better, it was perfect. Highly recommend.

Location: central location, plenty of shops and stores around, cafes, restaurants. It is located in a side alley but not creepy and never felt unsafe. Parking: big parking 1-2 mins walk from the hotel, although super expensive! 24 euro for overnight stay! You can park by the street for around 2 euros a night, but it is very hard to find the space. Breakfast: it exceeded our expectations. Super tasty, fresh, great choice of breads, meats, cheeses etc. Everything was delicious. There's milk, vegan milk, juices, coffee, tea, cereals, jams, nuts and fresh and dried fruit. Staff: both staff and owners are super kind and lovely. What a pleasure to meet them! Room: room was exactly as on photos. Beautiful decor, huge bathroom, cleaned daily.

There were quite steep stairs to get the the 2nd floor. But the hotel let us know about that when we booked . Also, if you have a car in Palma you are not allowed to park in the area, as it is very central, so you will need to find a car park in some distance.

The location was very convenient to walk around in the city centre. The room and bed were quite comfy. The breakfast was nice and in a lovely room. The staff were  accommodating and responded to all questions. Nice cafe by the corner!

We rented bikes one day and they broke down along the way. Unfortunately, the mechanic was on the other side of the island so we had to go to a bike shop to fix it ourselves. Obviously this can happen and we certainly don't blame them.

Checking in was super easy. The room and bathroom were spacious, clean and very nicely decorated. We could tell the bathroom was decorated by a woman haha, thought of plenty of mirrors and lighting. That was top notch! Breakfast was a bit simple but good. What was offered was healthy and or homemade. We like real and healthy ingredients and those were present. The staff is friendly and thinks with you.

You shoud be aware that the street is closed for cars and nearest guarded parkings (available for guests) are like 800m away. Charges for guarded parking are not low. It may be important if you plan to rent a car for a few days to see the island.

Very good location inside Palma Old Town - you can get everywhere on foot - monuments, museums, restaurants. Nice contact with the owners - 24 hour reception. Daily cleaning, well-equipped apartment.
