“The hotel Golden Lake is a lovely hotel to stay, right in the marina complex, surrounded by cafes, shops and good restaurants. The room was of a good size with a comfortable bed and decent sized bathroom. Breakfast was good, with a nice selection of various foods to choose. The spa is also well equipped with a nice sized indoor pool, and another unheated outside pool. There is also a good sized underground car park.
We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to others.”

“Really lovely, helpful, caring staff. They only spoke a little English, I only speak a little Hungarian, but communication no problem. Good location 15mins walk to the lake, 6mins wall to the shops/cafes. Very nice, clean, new swimming pool, it was about 10 meters long, and good for swimming. Plus it opens before breakfast, so you can get an early morning workout. Pretty gardens. Room was big (some furniture a bit old fashioned, but not a issue). Good choice of fresh breakfast items. Inculding fresh fruit, yogurt, meats, cheese, salad, breads, jam juice ect ect Quite peaceful location. Parking on site.
