It is a very arty facility with historic significance. Cleanliness is tip-top top and the staff is well trained and guest-centric.

Hotel very comfortable. Restaurant was huge disappointment, only had breakfast and then one evening meal, which was a buffet which was dreadful.

Had booked room with balcony but when we arrived and saw balcony overlooks car park we asked to move. The hotel moved us to a suite which was very kind.

It was really cold in the room and the heating didn't seem to be on yet. Also the price might be a little high since it is basically off season.

The breakfast had a really good variety and offered all you needed. I also had lunches and dinner there in a buffet format. The food was excellent. The room was modern and clean and the bed was comfortable.

Great staff. We had a small missunderstanding about something from the mini bar that we didn't consume and the staff was very understanding, apologized for the inconveniance and provided the parking for free to conpensate for the fact, even tough we didn't say or asked for anything like this.

Everything is perfect here really! When you arrive, you feel like James Bond in this Hotel with an amazing Architecture and Decoration. - Reception staff is very friendly and helpful. Thanks a lot at both girl from day and night! - Restaurant for dinner is amazing quality for the money Wow. Staff is very professional, good choice of wines by the glass also. The decoration if this place is really nice! Again you feel like James Bond! Thanks to all the staff! - Breakfast is very good, big choice of different things including eggs menu (with bo extra charge). - Spa and Fitness is very nice and big. I like when everything is indoor. The staff is very friendly there too. - Bar and Cafeteria us amazing. Thanks to the friendly staff! - Room is big, well equipped and new . Bed is very nice and you'll sleep like a baby. Area is very quiet all day. - Hotel is very close to everything, including train station and lake. Thanks a lot to everyone who work here, you all rock!

That we did not stay long enough to try out the welllness offers. The pool area looked very nice, but we could not test it. Next time

We booked half board. Dinner and breakfast were exceeding our expectations. The room was very comfortable and well appointed. Staff was welcoming and friendly. We will certainly return when in the area.

There was nothing which I didn’t like. We had a fantastic, faultless day at the hotel. I can recommend them to everybody.

The staff was nice and helpful, the rooms were comfortable, and had everything in a very high quality what is necessary in a hotel room. We had a very delicious dinner in the restaurant, the food was very tasty. I must mention the wellness area, where we spent a very nice time. The sauna sessions were outstanding, but the spa area had everything you could imagine in a place like this.

There were maintenance works in the spa while I was there, not pleasant, nor relaxing. They should have closed the spa for few days, informing the customers what to expect. I booked this hotel for a nice spa day and I've spent it with loud staff, in the middle of maintenance works :(
