“I booked this place last minute based off of the reviews - and let me tell you, it was an amazing experience. So much so that I stayed for 8 nights. It was like living with a little family, in an oasis away from the chaos, but also very near the village. I would highly recommend you stay here. The volunteers are so lovely and the owner Cecilia is amazing. We all socialised together which I really loved. If you like to connect with people - but don’t want a ‘party-party’ hostel - this is the place for you. I felt very loved after spending a week here.”

“Perfect location in centre, close to Santuario de Bom Jesus de Lapa. Small basic room but with air-conditioning and a fan, which are needed in Bahia. Coffee available in the morning (not a breakfast). Great value, good location and room, the hosts are welcoming too. Recommemded”
“The place is a paradise. Rooms are in front of the sea, with easy and short access to the beach. The palms, the swiming pools, all in this Pousada is arranged for a perfect seaside holliday. And the restaurant, offers typical brasilian food of great quality at affordable prices.”
