“Estância Verde is a beautiful, tranquil place. The host is amazing. I arrived late, with the rain beating down, and she had a meal prepared for me. Which was so lovely as I was starving at that stage.
The property is like an art gallery, and to get there is a bit of an adventure.
I slept soundly in a lovely bed. I was very comfortable.
I would highly recommend.”

“I booked this place last minute based off of the reviews - and let me tell you, it was an amazing experience. So much so that I stayed for 8 nights. It was like living with a little family, in an oasis away from the chaos, but also very near the village. I would highly recommend you stay here. The volunteers are so lovely and the owner Cecilia is amazing. We all socialised together which I really loved. If you like to connect with people - but don’t want a ‘party-party’ hostel - this is the place for you. I felt very loved after spending a week here.”
“The place is a paradise. Rooms are in front of the sea, with easy and short access to the beach. The palms, the swiming pools, all in this Pousada is arranged for a perfect seaside holliday. And the restaurant, offers typical brasilian food of great quality at affordable prices.”

“The place is super cozy! I felt right at home. Tarsila welcomed me so well, she has an amazing vibe and showed me a lot about the local culture.
The kitchen is fully equipped, there's a great outdoor space, and the internet is awesome (I work remotely, so that really matters).
I'll definitely come back here. Sunflower is now my home in Barra.”
