“The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, there are direct shuttles to the train station (and ski lift). The room had a breathtaking view of the forest and snowy mountains. Breakfast was also quite pleasant.”

“Tschuggen is an amazing place to stay in Arosa. The staff is super friendly and the atmosphere in the hotel is casual luxury which I personally appreciate a lot. A highlight is definitely the hotel owned "Tschuggen Express" bringing guests directly from the hotel up to the mountain. Hotel provides sledges for guest and has an inhouse ski rental. The food and bar is great.”

Freshly cooked hot bacon and eggs at breafast a real treat after 2 weeks of the usual cold congealed stuff you usually get at other hotels, if at all. Dinner in the evening was basic but very good. Excellent host Kayla who spoke perfect english (put my poor french very much to shame) very helpful. The hotel is looking a bit tired in places but everything was fit and functional. I will stay there again, good value.”
