“The breakfast had great variety and anything that had run out was refilled very quickly. The hotel staff were always very cheerful and happy to assist with any questions/requests. The spa facilities (sauna, steam bath, quiet room) were excellent and offered a great way to relax after a day of skiing/snowboarding for those who aren't too much into the apres-ski scene.”

A highlight is definitely the hotel owned "Tschuggen Express" bringing guests directly from the hotel up to the mountain. Hotel provides sledges for guest and has an inhouse ski rental.
