  • Gîte BIDEAN Review score: 6

    “Great location for Camino”

  • “The hosts were so welcoming and clearly enjoy what they do going above and beyond to see to their guests' comfort.”

  • “Me and my friends really liked the good atmosphere inside and around the Gite. The hearty food was very nice, different from Swedish cooking, and gave a few tips and tricks on how to do stuff. Apart from that, trekking around the Lhers&Lescun plateaus was relaxing and an enjoyment. Nice to be able to come back every evening, without needing to cook, just relax, read a book or just get some shuteye before evening meal.”

  • “Very nice place to stay for a nigh or more. Nicely located, near the town and not far from the beaches with nice restaurants, bars etc. Pet friendly. Safe and secure private parking. Coralie is a very nice host.”

  • “A very quiet location in easy reach if all the places to visit. Hosts were very welcoming and friendly”

  • B&B L'Escapade Bordelaise Review score: 10

“Super central to everywhere within walking distance & trams, buses close. Julienne our host was exceptional, great humour, provides a substantial breakfast, a bucketful of knowledge & extremely helpful with organising transport & taxis, very caring person.”

  • Les Chambres d'Ovaline Review score: 8

“Wonderful location and very comfortable. It is a bit quirky and all the better for that. People were exceptionally friendly and we really enjoyed our stay.”

  • Chez Madeleine Review score: 9

“Lovely room, lots of space, excellent facilities. And Madeleine was very welcoming. Also loved the mattresses!”

  • “Compared to other hotels - breakfast was not as good....we were expecting fuller options. Service was excellent - coffee in room was great (nespresso).”

“The owners are extremely nice and helpful. They go above and beyond to help you. Even if you don't know French, it's not hard to communicate via Google translate. It's a small villa with, I guess 3-4 rooms. So it feels like a home and it's not crowded at all. You can come in and leave at any hour. I really felt at home. The homemade breakfast is delicious. The coffee is probably the best coffee I ever drank. I don't know how making coffee this good is possible. The house is beautiful, the rooms are spacious, beautiful and cozy. You have many things you will find in a normal home in your room, which can be really convenient. Mine had, a toaster, a kettle, a refrigerator, a TV, a microwave etc. They have a garden. We couldn't enjoy it because it was cold but I'm sure it's a joy to be out there in summer. I think it's great value for money. I was going to INRIA every day, so the location was also very convenient for me. The bus from the hotel to INRIA is very frequent and takes only 10 mins. You can walk in half an hour or take an electric bike.”
