The hostess was lovely and really helpful, giving us details of towns and chateau to visit. Our room was really large and dressed in a very unique and individual style. The bed comfortable. We had a lovely continental breakfast every morning. Would highly recommend a stay here. Bergerac centre is a way off, but walkable. It would take about 30 mins . We ourselves took our car, anytime we went into the town. Plenty of parking.

Our host was very welcoming. The accommodation was great, impeccably clean, and there was secure parking for the motorbike. We were also served a superb breakfast. Added bonuses; there was the option to buy beers and wine if you wanted to just stay in and relax by the pool, but Bergerac centre was only a 20 minute walk away, which was perfect. Highly recommended!

There is nothing negative to say about our stay. We would definately return, if we visit Bergerac again.

The accommodation was very near the airport, about a 6 min drive, but we weren't aware of any flight noise at all whilst staying there. The accommodation is beautiful. The Gite is decorated to a very high standard, very chic French. I loved it..😍😍 The bed was very comfortable, and the aircon unit in our room was a pleasant bonus.. the grounds are well kept, the pool is lovely. The area is so peaceful and relaxing to sit in after a long hot day of sightseeing. Clara and Pascale are fantastic hosts. The inclusive breakfast every day was very good, with plenty of choice, which kept us going for a good few hours. Our room was very clean, and beautifully decorated. There were Tea and Coffee making equipment available in the hall outside our room, as well as drinking water, which was replenished daily. An Iron, ironing board and insect repellent were also available for our use. The accommodation is about a 6 minute drive into Bergerac centre. We didn't attempt to walk into town, as the road was a country lane with no pavement to walk along, and Clara advised us to drive for our own safety There was an honesty bar, with a good selection of wine, beer, soft drinks and water available in the dining room. There is a pool table, darts board, and plenty of games in the lounge area if you need some entertainment.

The staircase to our room was too narrow to take up our suitcase, but we managed by using our small overnight case.

Clara is a natural host and a lovely person. She was happy to help with restaurant bookings and any other information we needed. The room we had was fabulous as was the bathroom.We loved the chickens pecking around the garden, Clara's two girls were a delight, and the swimming pool was much appreciated. We had a really tranquil three days and would definitely return.

I would just say the tariff didn’t match the charge of the use of the hot tub. It said €20 but we were charged €25.

It was clean and had a personal touch. It felt very homely (with the Alexa and smart TV) but also very French which I loved.

The property was very close to the airport (approximately 5 min drive), it’s secure (gated), beautiful grounds and lovely pool area. The room we stayed in was large and beautifully decorated. Clara’s hospitality and hosting skills were exceptional. The hosts helped us book cabs and restaurant reservations. The grounds are beautiful and relaxing. The walk to the town centre was longer than expected approximately 35 minutes. I would suggest hiring a car or having enough budget for cabs to get around as the area is quite rural.

Fabulous hosts. So helpful and wanting to help as much as possible. Beautiful house, very well laid out and decorated. Sparkling clean and every facility. Within walking distance of Bergerac old town. In a quiet country lane. Billiard table, lots of games, swimming pool and large garden with laces to sit. Secure parking on site. Excellent breakdown and willing to provide your requests.

I think it should stay exactly as it is.

A gem of a place, family run by Clara and Pascal with a lot of care and attention. Lovely generous breakfasts, bacon and eggs, cheese and ham, croissants, fresh bread and jams.... The room was huge, with a comfortable bed and ensuite bathroom, all very clean and tidy. Lots of outside facilities which would be lovely in summer too. About a three minute drive into central Bergerac and airport nearby. Highly recommended, we would certainly return.

If you are traveling with little kids, this is definitely a place to stay at. They have toys to play with and even got us a diaper pail in our room. We enjoyed hanging out at the swimming pool as well. It’s a great place and it felt a bit like staying with family or friends, which I personally prefer to staying at a hotel.

the hosts were lovely,Clara the host was so accommodating,breakfast was lovely the surroundings were really comfortable and pleasant, a family home with chickens and cats ,a lovely swimming pool accessible at all times and also a spa ,it is about twenty mins walk to the centre of Bergerac which is a beautiful town with old and new town centres lots of added touches ,Clara phoned to reserve vineyard day and for taxis when needed as our French was not great the room was cosy with a skylight and Clara was chatty and more than sweet,whilst in pool on a red hot day she brought us glasses of wine unexpectedly the whole holiday was lovely and made lovely by the homely comfortable surrounds and the attentiveness of the hosts I would fully recommend this b n b for a brilliant stay

We stayed here for seven nights, and had a wonderful time. The owners were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our stay, and made us feel very welcome. The location is perfect and about fifteen minutes from the town centre, but on a nice and quiet road with a supermarket ideally located a three or four minute walk away. The room was very nice, as was the breakfast each morning. Their garden is lovely for relaxing in, with a good swimming pool. Overall, a really lovely place to stay and we're happy we chose it! Thank you very much for your helpfulness and for helping make it a great trip!

We couldn't fault it

This delightful, comfortable and beautifully decorated chambre d'hote exceeded our expectations. Our hosts made us feel totallly at home, providing a delicious and generous breakfast each morning and the use of several rooms, including a salon and terrace, during our stay. We also enjoyed a very relaxing afternoon by the pool.
