“It was in a convenient location. The apartment was well set out and all rooms were a good size. There was also a separate shower and a washing machine which were a bonus.

“Excellent communication from Nuala leading up to our trip and throughout our stay. The house is clearly well cared for with gorgeous decor throughout. There was everything we needed and shops very close by to stock up on essentials for the weekend. Beds were all comfortable with plenty seating downstairs for everyone. Everyone said 'Wow' when they walked in the house and it provided us with the perfect base to spend time together and explore Belfast as our leisure!”

“I booked The Bothy on behalf of my brother when his previous accommodation let him down with just hours notice. Even though it was a very short notice booking, The Bothy was quick to respond to messages and make checking in straightforward.
From the outside The Bothy is a beautiful, traditional country home that wouldn’t look out of place in a folk museum. From the inside it’s a comfortable, modern home with everything you need to make your stay perfect. Roy and Karen are great hosts, with a warm welcome and offers of help if you need it during your stay.
The Bothy is well supplied with enough goodies to sort you out for breakfast, tea and coffee; which was fantastic as my brother was travelling back to Northern Ireland and didn’t have much time for shopping on the way. Oh, and my brother said their beds are the most comfortable beds he’s slept in in any holiday place.
I’d happily book them again, and have been telling everyone how great they were.”
“There had been some confusion with booking. We had book for 4 nights and two days before still showing available on Booking.com. several messages sent back and forth to finally sort. Owner had nearly booked twice. Then we ran out if power. Owner had to srt with power company.”
