Uber drivers had trouble finding the hotel due to the road construction. Perhaps the hotel could call cars that know the hotel for the guests.

Stains on carpets in hallway is not a good look for the building and it's repetation for cleanliness. Kitchen supplies was dirty and lacking. TV screens were distorted and old. Showers very small and shower heads damaged. Sofas had a dusty smell.

The pool area, both indoor and outdoor. The chlorine was too strong and the pool seems like it was not being cleaned at all especially the wall tiles of the pool itself. The lighting in the room seems too dark.

We liked the staffs as they were very much helpful, easy to ask and very willingly to help. Plus they are very welcoming as well. The breakfast at the restaurant was fabulous too and tasty.

-TV channels were not clear at all but thats fine since these days people dont use much TV. But with a great TV placed, its a pity nit to have clear channels (IT to work on that). -Not enough hangers for a family stay -around 5 (with such big rooms and long stays it is recommended to have at least 20) -Since there is a washing machine which is great, we recommend a drying rack. One in bathroom is limited. -Breakfast is very good but limited and repeated. Why not change items from time to time -people will appreciate a change :)

I loved everything about this hotel. The family felt really comfortable with the atmosphere and vibes of the room and property. Staff were all nice and professional, always offering to help and always smiling. Location is superb and very clean. We took the premier 1 bedroom and its very big and comfortable for 2 adults and 1 child. Fully equipped kitchen (buy ur nespresso capsules) since there is a machine! Loved that there is a microwave & washing machine that doesn’t make any noise. Thank u to the reception and security staff -very friendly. Book without hesitation.

everything about our experience was amazing!! i came with my kids and it was a beautiful and family friendly space..indoor pool made it so nice during the day where its very hot outdoors..its between a few malls..lots of restaurants..best of all customer service was amazing and rooms were incredible and spacious..will def recommend this place always

Excellent staff, particularly Toni at the café. He knew exactly what kind of breakfast adults and energetic toddlers needed. The property has executive apartments so it had everything you needed like a washing machine, cookware, and cutleries so you will never feel you forgot to pack something. The room was very clean and interior was good. Internet signal was strong at EVERY spot in the apartment. It was close to malls and public transport. Parking was secure as you can enter using your room access key. Lifeguard was on duty at the pool and there was also a hot tub. Check-in and check-out was quick and efficient.
