Normally i write long reviews, even when everything is good but this time i Will say only: I could live For ever in this house and this peacefull surroundings.

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Lucy. The apartment had everything we could have needed in the kitchen to cook, and the beds were very comfortable. Everything was really clean, organized, and inviting. The location is beautiful, quiet, and so peaceful! The drive to the city center was short and not difficult at all. Overall our stay was more than we hoped for- and we can’t wait to return!

1. The 2 bed ground floor apartment is enormous in size. The living room is spacious enough for kids to play " I spy ..." 2. The beds are comfy and each room has an A/C which can be used based on weather. We visited in winter so I was able to set it to blow warm air. 3. The 2 bed apartment overlooks the pool and you will have splendid sunrise view, as long as the sky is clear 4. There are 3 WC & bidet and 2 walk in showers. Wow! This is a bonus and should be displayed on property listing 5. The kitchen has a gas stove rather than induction top, in case this helps for people from the UK who are used to Gas fired hobs 6. You need to have a car should you wish to stay here, there is public transport ( I think) but limited to N125 which is like 1.5 kms from Villa 7. Tip - Dont miss to try the 2 traditional seafood restaurants which are closest to the Villa. Its cheap, clean, hygienic and fresh 8. There is Table tennis and some BBQ equipments which could be used

You're surrounded by farm land and yet the beach is less than 10 minutes drive. It's a clean and spacious apartment with beautiful views of the countryside. You must have a car to stay here. Although I did not meet the host, she gave clear info before and throughout our 3 night stay. I highly recommend staying here especially for families with young kids. They'd love the pool and the drive to and from the property will reward them with views of cows, goats, donkey and horses grazing.

We loved our hostess Lucy! She was available to help us with any question we had. The apartment was spacious and well equipped, making it feel like home. She was very generous to leave us with milk, bottled water and even wine upon our arrival! We enjoyed the terraced deck and the swimming pool. It was such a relaxing place to stay, out in the country, away from the hustle and bustle of Lisbon. It was great to have a place to walk and run along the country roads. Being there helped us get our bearings for our travel in Portugal and get set up with some things we didn't/couldn't bring along, thanks to her recommendation to shop at Hiper Lagos! :D

Lovely villa compound in quiet location with very friendly and accommodating host ( Lucy )+ Sofia (the dog ) Beautiful area surrounding and short drive into Lagos. Would love to return some day.

Nothing to point out with the house, just some noise sometimes in the area, due to dogs barking.

I loved the location, quiet and surrounded by peaceful nature. The house was bright, comfortable, spacious and very clean. It was lovely to be able to have our dog with us, and the host were incredibly helpful, even when unexpected situations came up.

We went there four years ago and it was a 10. This time it was only a 6. The oven didn't work, the shower attachment kept falling off. The grounds weren't kept as well as previously and it had a generally tired look to it. There were no instructions as to how things worked and no information regarding rubbish, how to connect to the wifi, how to get the tv to work etc. Also a lack of kitchen utensils, although there were more than enough plates.

Location very convenient for visiting relatives nearby, and shops. Pool was good even if there was a shortage of sunshades. The owner was as pleasant and helpful as ever
