We found the river to be smelly at times and so many mosquitoes in the area. More than I have ever seen! Just going from the hotel to the car I would be bitten.

Beautiful hotel. Really lovely rooms and such a comfortable bed. So clean which was really appreciated. Good breakfast options too but not any gluten free/vegan.

If you could provide room service and dinner service at extra cost because there isn't much around the area.

I loved the different breakfast menus that is provided. The views from my room was amazing and loved using the local buses to get around.

The stay was wonderful, we very much be enjoyed the breakfast which was very surprisingly plentiful and delicious the decor of the hotel, the nuances, the pool, all very elegant and relaxing. We very much appreciated the kindness of the staff especially the receptionist.

Me and my girlfriend bought some local wines and wanted to try them in the room (white wine) so we put them inside the mini fridge but never really got too cold.

The staff were really friendly and helpful with whatever you needed, beautiful bedrooms with a balcony. On the roof it was a really nice place to relax and unwind by the pool or by the bar especially when the sun was setting.

no room service, mini fridge was empty also you need to pay 2 euros a day for the water at the room. Apart from these little negative things, the hotel is great, and I will come back.

The breakfast area is small, that is why you have to tell in advance what time you will want to have breakfast. I prefer to just go when I feel like breakfast. The hotel is near a busy road. So yes, you will have a wonderful view if you're room has river view. But on the balcony it won't be quiet and peaceful.

Very clean and bright, spacious rooms. Alcochete is a nice location is you want some more quiet. Love the rooftop bar and swimming pool!

Not enough dinning room for breakfast for more or less 70 rooms - some people were waiting in a queue to sit, embarrassing. Too small orange juice dispenser, running out too quickly. Out of milk in coffee machine, second one out of service for a while. No spoon for Nutella. Dirty cups. Breakfast just ok

The opening times of the bar. Would have loved to sit there a little later in the evening with a drink.

We liked the comfort of the bed, the tv had a lot of channels and YouTube. And we loved the pool on the roof!

Nothing wrong. Staff sorted out a problem with our room and gave an upgrade to river view which was much appreciated.

We had a lovely sea / river view from the 2nd floor. I would recommend paying extra for the river view as it is beautiful, especially for evening sunsets. High quality linen and nice extra touches like spring water and pool towels.
