The place needs to be updated and renovated. Water temperature was not consistent. The ac/air conditioner was control by the front office. The television was old (tube type). The beds were small.

The staff were great. Great location. Has restaurants near by, shopping malls, grocery stores, and close to city center.

The water pressure was good. Location was good. Walking distance to good restaurants, bars, shopping center, a couple of grocery stores, and not far from the main city attractions. The staff were polite, helpful, and professional.

The hotel is old in general. A very-very dated TV and the wi-fi didn’t work almost at all in the room. A vey dated lobby too.

The location was the best feature. Close to two metro stations and two supermarkets.

You can notice hotel is bit older and needs some sort of renovation soon. On one hand you have to appreciate the history of it, on the other, some updates are needed.

Very good location, friendly and helpful staff, walking distance (if you don't mind half an hour walk though) to most of the sights. Room was very tidy, must add these were also one of the comfiest beds I every slept on in a hotel. Overall, price/value ratio is a big advantage to chose this place for your stay in Lisabon!

My only flaw with this hotel was the fact there appeared to be no control over the air con in the room, which stayed on throughout the night, keeping me awake and cold. An unfortunate issue!

The room was superb in size and well appointed with a balcony. Breakfast was very good with the full range of expected offerings. The bar served drinks promptly. Clean and tidy rooms with friendly staff.

The breakfast was not varied enough for 4* hotel. The air conditioning in the room was noisy and couldn’t be managed from inside the room. The shower head was very old.

Room is warm. aircondition controlled in the reception i called 2x even reduced to 19 degrees but still warm. Socket or electric outket is only 2 and in the side corner. No outlet near to the bed or the dressing table. Hairdryer and the outlet in the toilet not working.Reception contacted. Blow dryer goven as replacement again the outlet is outside the toilet and in the corner near to the floor. Some of the staff are not good but some helpful.
