Nothing to point out.

Everything. The room was very spacious and super comfortable. The bathroom was beautiful and the bed is one of the best beds we've ever slept on. The view from the room to the beach was wonderful. Small daily offers as coffee, Bolas de Berlim at the pool and nightly turn-down service. The breakfast had a lot of variety and was very well organized.

The breakfast was served in the conference center due to Covid measures, one does not feel comfortable - too many people at the same time, you always feel you have to rush to give the seat to someone else. It feels like a canteen, I am afraid...

The view from the room and the surroundings were amazing, the room itself had generous areas and the bed was really comfortable. The pool area was nice from an aesthetical point of view.

Staff was not as engaging as they could have been.

Design was impressive and views were breathtaking. The whole hotel is a masterpiece. Premium location, with nice pool area and easy access to the beach. Silent and calm environment.

I picked a "wrong" room this time. I was expecting something fancier but in fact it was something larger :) Not a big issue, because the hotel is superb!

I liked the way the hotel staff arranged breakfast to allow the same great buffet they had pre-covid19 and still made guests feel safe and secure in the new breakfast room. The hotel looked safe and clean to me and I had no problem fearing covid19 infections.

The restaurants interior design was very poor. The chairs and benches of the buffet restaurant were not comfortable (especially for a 5 star hotel). The color of the walls and the art used in the a la cart restaurant is an unhappy choice, the restaurant looks like the staff canteen rather than a sophisticated and luxurious restaurant. The food is the restaurants is good.

The room was spacious and clean with a big balcony. The view was amazing. The swimming pool is good with a big outdoor deck.

Due to covid, breakfast was on the conference center. when we arrived there were trash from previous guests in our bedroom Outside Pool is very cold

In order to celebrate our 5th anniversary with my fiancée, we thought that a hotel like this "5 star" would be up to our celebration and special moment... unfortunately we were wrong. At the time of booking (one month in advance) we asked the hotel to please give us a double bed (we booked a room for 2 people) and asked if they could please wait for us with some special decoration to celebrate our anniversary. To all this, the hotel responded very quickly that they would give us the double bed and that they would wait for us with the detail of putting candles and rose petals in the room. When we arrived at the hotel, we checked in on time but to our surprise there was no decoration, and the bed was not a double bed but 2 single beds together that they tried to hide with the bedspread, but when it was time to sleep the space between the 2 mattresses was very annoying. When we checked out we talked about these inconveniences and an employee at the front desk went to look for the front office manager, Mrs. Maria Assunção, who after several minutes of waiting came to say that she was sorry and that she would investigate why the hotel failed in our reservation. Unfortunately this is not the treatment we expected from a hotel that claims to be 5 stars, I did not expect any kind of discount, but another solution or another gesture to us. We will definitely not return to this place.

The elevators were 6 but only 2 worked. The Bathroom and the bathtub was not duly cleaned. The room needed small repairs

Some wooden furniture with wear or lack of maintenance, the A/C in one of the two rooms did not cool well, and in the showers there were black molds on the grout and silicone.

Staff didn't know much about the surrounding area, looked new and temporary staff with limited knowledge. Staff was not very flexible (e.g. to slightly extend check-out timings, something that most hotels accommodate). Lack of attention for details (coffee machines in the lobby not working, water refill in the gym area not working, AC in the rooms not working properly).

Facilities are nice, swimming pool areas are very good, in general hotel is good and location is nice.

Beware of hazardous pool. The inside pool does not have appropriate flooring, but instead has a mirror-like polished marble floor totally unfit for a pool area. No anti-skid treatment. The mood light made it impossible to see that most of the area around the pool was flooded with water. So when I walked in I slipped, fell flat on my back with my head hitting the marble floor with a bang. The lady in charge of the pool had an ice pack ready but did nothing to wipe away the water to prevent worse. I left with a sizable bloody head injury and covered with bruises. It could have been much, much worse.

The rooms are nice.

For a 5-star hotel, they do not have all the amenities available, such as toothpaste, shaving kit, they do not replace the water daily for free, they do not replace the robes after the spa, the coffee is restricted to 2 capsules per day, It leaves a lot to regret and I didn't understand the strategy from the customer's point of view. The balconies do not have separators for other apartments, meaning other customers can pass in front of our apartment in our balcony, which reduces privacy to zero.
