As it is next to a main street of Lissabon and isolation to neighbouring rooms is not good, you should consider to bring hearing protection for sleeping.

Some homeless very close to location. They did not bother me while walking to and from hotel.

Reception was wonderful, room was comfortable, and it was very close to transportation. I got breakfast included in my room and it was wonderful.

Can't find something really negative

Very clean and large room, housekeeping was passing every day! Friendly staff with good advice concerning restaurants. Good location, near the metro station. Breakfast really good

The walls are not resistant to noise.

The location was perfect. It is not in the heart of everything but only 2-3 stops with the metro. Breakfast was acceptable for short stays, maybe some more choices can be added. The staff was helpful and all of them speak English.

The breakfast was good.Location was perfect and metro station About 150 meters away from the hotel. You can reach the city center in 10- 15 minutes by walking. The room clean and spacious.

Could hear the metro. Not major but it is the same as Paris depending the neighborhood.

My was room on the second floor facing the Avenue, so I could hear the drunks on the street. I used a credit card to make the reservation and the property marked it as invalid without even trying to charge it (I wasted time and energy calling the bank and they informed my they didn’t try to charge). Then they sent me a cheeky email asking for a bank transfer to keep the reservation. I had to contact booking.com customer support and the hotel to sort this.

Location is good, close to the tube station, very central. Having breakfast included was really worth the money. Good varied food. Cleanliness.

Room seemed kind of bare. It was clean and room was cleaned everyday. Just seemed bare. There was just a chair and table. Would have been nice if there was a small sofa as well as this was a family room for 3 adults and a toddler. Not taking anything away, the room was good.

The hotel was clean and tidy. Staff were also very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also very nice.

Parking - hotel has a parking house so I boked a room that included parking. Metro station is a couple of minutes from the hotel. Supermarket right next to the hotel. Good breakfast. Room was quite big.
