PortugalAMAZING hotel! The hotel was very accommodating and welcoming to my husband and I and our two dogs. We stayed in fabulous suite that exceeded our expectations. We have never stayed in such a large hotel suite before and it was stunning. The outdoor patio was amazing. Having 1.5 bathrooms also a lovely touch. We also appreciated the small luxury touches, such as robes, slippers, luxury bath products, and a complimentary bottle of wine. The breakfast was a mix of buffet and made to order items. The rooftop cocktail bar was really lovely and the drinks delish. We will 100% be back!

The staff here was extremely helpful and responsive. They went out of their way to assist with special requests. The room was laid out beautifully and was sparkling clean. A real dream hotel for vacation or business!

The breakfast was okay, but not the highlight of our stay. The breakfast were not all present at the time breakfast opened, however they soon increased in number, so for the first comers to breakfast it was a little slow initially. The roof top restaurant & bar was great, the staff were very helpful and the room was large, well set-up and comfy.

United KingdomAlthough the bed itself was comfortable, the pillows were far too soft/ had no structure so I got neck ache the first few nights. But otherwise extremely happy with the room.
Lovely decor & chic interior design. The hotel is in a great spot in the quieter area of Gaia, across the river from Porto. We found this area to be much nicer than Porto itself. The River studio was a great size, well equipped kitchenette with kettle, toaster, oven, dishwasher, crockery. It was a really nice touch to have the first round of soft drinks & a bottle of wine free of charge. There were also 4 free coffee pods & tea bags p/d. Our room had a balcony with an amazing view of the river. Breakfast was one of the best we’ve had whilst away in Europe- plenty of options on the buffet & hot dishes to order like omelette & poached eggs on sourdough, good coffee with choice of alternative milks. The roof top bar was great too. Staff were all very friendly.

United StatesI had a great treatment in a treatment room but the term Spa should not be used for the facilties. I think that is very misleading. There is a dry sauna and what amounts to a small indoor pool that has 2 buddy hours during the day. If you are someone who knows what a spa is, you might be a bit insulted by the hotel's use of that term
The hotel is very clean and the rooms are very nice. The location is great, away fr9m crowds of Porto. The food was fabulous.
