It was a bit challenging to get to (many hills and stairs up to the hotel itself) from the metro station when having luggage. But that is Lisbon in general. Only thing to improve was that the actual reception desk was located in the lounge instead of right near the entrance. It was confusing when first arriving and checking in because we were standing and waiting for some time until other guests told us where the reception was.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The space itself was really nice and the beds were comfy. AC worked great.

Breakfast is basic, but this is a hostel, not a hotel, so that was expected. Bonus points for pastel de nata! :) Some scrambled eggs or sausages would be super cool to have in the future. The contactless payment terminal was not working, which can be a pitty if you have your favorite card only in your phone :)

The room I stayed in was a triple bunk, I was in the middle thankfully but the heat would be a lot in the height of summer and without AC. There was a window but it was an internal window to the breakfast hall which meant I was very close to the early risers.

Breakfast was great, simple but enough to get you started for the day. There is a really nice terrace and outdoor seating which I spent my mornings at. Location was also great, close to the centre but also quiet enough to have some respite from the tourists.

Staying on the first floor i could hear anything that was happening in the reception and the hallway, while the breakfast was being prepared.

The room was quite small and not much space for opened suitcase. The bathroom didn't have much space to put stuff.

The location was very convenient, very central and close to #28 tram. Breakfast was nice and the outdoor terrace was lovely. The room doesn't have much amenity but there are some appliances in the lounge area that you can use. The interior decor was cool.

Excellent location, perfect to explore Lisbon, but peaceful in the night. The room was not big but had everything needed (big mirror, private bathroom, enough hangers). Pasteis de nata for breakfast were a nice touch.

Rooms are very close to each other and they are not really soundproof. So it depends a bit on the neighbours. But nevertheless I could sleep well.

Lx Hill is located in a very strategic position, 2 minutes from Funicular Bica and the wonderful Miradour de Santa Caterina. A few steps from main street Calcada do Combro. Very good breakfast with organic food, far better than typical ordinary hotel breakfast. It is a hostel so you will eat with the other gusts at a large table, there is also an outdoor space with a several tables.

The bathroom doesn’t have any storage space, not even a shelf and the walls are really thin, you can hear everything from the hallway and what the neighbors are talking. It’s ok for a short stay but wouldn’t recommend it for a longer vacation.

The shared spaces are really pleasant and the staff was really nice. The breakfast is decent and the room although is small it wouldn’t be an issue if it would have multiple storage space and sufficient hangers. The location of the hostel is perfect as it is located in a central area.

Only weak point would be the sink, too small, but considering the bathroom is what it can be, in any case, was not a problem at all.

Room big enough, quiet, and comfortable beds. Really good location, close to everything, and easy to check in and keep your luggage at the property. Good breakfast too with plenty of choices and good quality. Definitely, I would stay here again under same conditions.
