The apartments so fresh like a new. On the kitchen is all equipment to feel yourself like a home. Right under apartments nice cafe, bakery and pizza. On the opposite side local sea market. Beautiful promenade illuminated at night along.

There is nothing to complain about!

We had the 4 bed apartment with a large terrace and great facilities. There was nothing missing. The great bakery/bistro, directly below the apartment, has a lot of visitors, but it wasn't loud at our time.

The apartment very clean, comfortable, lots of light also due to modern finishing. we had everything one could wish for a carefree stay. In the radius from 10 meters you already have several shops and restaurants. Bakery around the corner, fish market, etc. Beautiful beach is a 10-minute walk away. beautiful hiking trails. On arrival we were personally welcomed by Paulo, very sympathetic and friendly person. He gave us all useful tips regarding the area and facilities. I totally recommend Terrazzos and will be back without a doubt!

Very nice apartment! Well equipped, very clean and modern. The host was pleasant and hospitable. The place itself is fantastic: wonderful beach, nice village, fish market across the street. I highly recommend this place for a calm and restful vacation.

lack of a living space, but owner accommodate seating in the kitchen area as the similar use the lid for the garbage bin isn’t working well, had to move around staff for easier use. the washroom door downstairs does not stay (close automatically), personal it’s not too convenient

It is a beautiful decorated small apartment. The bathroom was nice and the shower worked well, but we were happy there was another toilet downstairs. The location is great, close to all the coloured houses in Costa Nova, close to the beach and the lagoon. Aveiro isn’t far away, about 11 km, and nice to visit.

I would have given a '10' for our stay, however the constant noise from the bakery below kept us awake for most of our stay (our Apartment on the 1st floor was above the bakery). During the day you can expect and accept the comings and goings, however throughout the night the constant loud hum of a generator could be heard in the bedrooms. Also, the bakery was having the floor jet washed at 11pm at night and they only stopped when we complained about the noise, Loud moving of chairs could be heard as early as 6am in the mornings.

Paulo was an excellent host and very accommodating which we very much appreciated. We booked the 2 bedroom sea view apartment and fortunately we were allowed to check in early which was a real bonus. Good apartment with an excellent position close to restaurant's and supermarkets (Paulo recommended quite a few that were excellent!.) Apartment was very secure with good quality furnishings Had such an amazing view of the River. Facilities within the apartment were good.

A few small things could have been better designed for guests, such as better shelving for toiletries in some of the bathroom and shower areas and towel rails throughout, but these are small points. One of the bedrooms has a fully glass walled bathroom that directly faces the street, so the only way to ensure privacy is to fully close the external blinds and turn the light on, which is terrible design, style over practicality. Internally, if your partner doesn't want to see you on the loo or in the shower - too bad! The air conditioning in the lounge/kitchen area failed towards the end of our stay and was not rectified after being reported which was a pity - the rest of the air conditioning units worked very well. I was made aware that at season end the apartment gets a maintenance once-over and no doubt some of these small niggles will be ironed out over the winter months.

This is a self-catering apartment, very well appointed with quality fittings and furnishings and well located near the majority of restaurants and shops in what is a very quiet area. It was very clean and the facilities were as described. The kitchen appliances were virtually new and the inbuilt washing machine is a great bonus. These apartments are on the lagoon side of Costa Nova but the beach is only a short walk away. The apartment manager (Paulo) is extremely helpful and welcoming and went to a lot of trouble to assist us with various enquiries such as airport transfers. Overall, this a great apartment and I would happily stay there again.

The only downturn was the noise from the street and from one of the balconies next door late at night.

The wifi didn't cover well the top floor or the balcony because of the placement of the wifi router (in a corner of the apartment).

The location was quite good, right next to a local restaurant which had everything we needed. It was very quiet and clean. No strange smells coming from the bathroom like in other places. The internet was also good at the time we were there (77mbps). There was a lot of space in the apartment, plenty of chairs and a working fridge.
