It is located at the center of the old town of Lagos and is very easy to access by walking. Restaurants are just 500mts from the location. There is also a beautiful kitchen with a balcony. It's overall best stay and value for money. We need to collect the key from the old lady who stays opposite to the location. she is very kind and helpful. We had a room with a private bathroom it's nice.

The shower was almost falling apart and the wifi was very weak.

The keys had to be picked up on the other side of the street from a very nice lady. The room was clean, had basic furniture and the bed was comfy. It also had an ensuite bathroom. The downstairs kitchen had everything needed to make some simple food and a small terrace to eat outside.

Clean room. We had a private washroom which was also clean. Check-in is across the street at Casa Sousa. We were greeted by a kind older lady who took our information and gave us the keys. The wifi worked OK. Parking is about a 5 minute walk down the street at a free lot.

Location was good, just a 2 min walk from the old town and free parking lot. You can take your car here to drop your luggage. The entire building has been refurbished recently.

Bed is quite uncomfortable. The aircon didn’t seem to work that well as our room was never cool. The shower doors were broken so it was very hard to open and close them.

Neighbourhood, I parked less than 10m in the front of the property, a lady came out by saying that I “touched on her step” and wanted me to clean after. lol As well when I arrived, I asked at reception if I could park in the front of the property (as for the accommodation) the lady told me to not to as she was expecting costumers. As I am aware I paid and I was a costumer too?! Therefore, second day of stay I made my bed and I clean the rubbish, having in consideration to not give much work to the owner but I was expecting someone to clean the floor (at least brush it) as my little one bring around some crumbs on. However, the room as exactly the same as I left.

Very spacious room, calm atmosphere and feels like home. There is a lovely grill place outside to make a BBQ, plenty of kitchen utensils and even an organised shelve at fridge for you.

Other guests organise the parties at common terrace, drink and smoke. People cann't sleep at nights. They do not clean the mess after them, no wash dishes. The owner seems not to care, unfortunately. The beds need new mattresses.

Seems like they have a solar water heater which didn't work really well for late night or early morning showers.

I think that they could have cleaned the bathroom better when I was there. As we usually came from the beach, the floor in the shower area was a bit dirty and they didnt clean it during our staying. The rest of the areas (bedroom and bathroom) was always clean. The bedroom and bathroom also were super clean in our first day.

We had everything we needed. It is a simple hotel, but the location is amazing. Very comfortable bed, good shower and air con was working well! The windows are automatic and the building is recently refurbished. It was a great place to stay.

It was small and a perfect room with attached bathroom and a common kitchen, right inside the old town Lagos. Unfortunately, the parking in the area is hard to find, but there is a free parking area in like 10 mins walk from the house.

WiFi was really bad. The only place where I could catch it was close to the door, which was rather disappointing. Although towels and bed sheets were fresh but they seemed rather old with some spots. Kitchen was a bit untidy

We spend some time trying to get the keys as nobody speaks english, but within 15-20 min we managed to solve it. The room we had was near the kitchen and near the common outdoor area. There were some seriously loud people around so it was difficult with the noise. If you get quiet neighbours it's fine, otherwise is not.

It's a decent accomodation. Basic but everything needed is there. Very close to city center and withing walking distance from the most beautiful beaches I visited in Algarve. The walking time to these beaches is from 30 min to 1 h.
