Everything was perfect.

The breakfast was fabulous with alot of hot and cold choices. The hotel was within walking distance to the historical center near several of the palaces, restaurants and shopping. We also visited the sister property for appetizers and wine one of the nights. The room was great.

Our accommodations were simply beautiful. The property and views were gorgeous. Breakfast was incredible. We also went over to the sister property for a wine and Fado night. We walked back after thru the trails between the two which was also a nice bonus. The location is really really perfect.

Beautiful hotel, great made to order breakfast, great location, and the staff was so helpful and friendly!! We got caught in the e pouring rain one day and they were so helpful and kind to help us dry out all our clothes and make sure we had everything. We needed. I highly recommend this place

Our room was very nice, BUT, it was equipped with only a soaking tub, which although very elegant, was not practical for a quick shower without sparing water all over the marble floors

It was stylish and high end, but felt like home. The breakfast was excellent and table served. We loved the size of the room and facilities. Staff were friendly. Location was good with 10.00 min walk to Sintra Centre and the attractions.

I kept tripping over the rug, it didn't lay flat. If I could've straighten it out I would've. I didn't have a luggage rack, no hangers and for me it needs some hooks by the bathroom to hang the big wonderful robe. I must say, I never complained. I'm sure if I had they would have rectified the issues.

The beds were very comfortable. The rooms are roomy with nice decor. It is centrally located with quick access to all means of transportation and everything you would need or want. The staff were wonderfully welcoming, warm and accomodating. The breakfast service and selection was amazing.

Very friendly staff and warm hearted welcome. The suit was exactly as on the pictures Our stay was perfect, clean room, no noise in the room and very central in the city. We had a breakfast and it was delicious with a lot of different choice.

Nothing really. Perhaps a proper coffee machine at breakfast instead of Nespresso.

Beautiful building and well maintained. Our two rooms, that were opened up as one, were huge, with marble detailing, seating areas and lovely views over the forest Valley. Each evening we were invited to a one hour soirée, free drinks and snacks (meats, cheese, bread et cetera) at the sister hotel, first night was a fado singer with two guitarists who were magnificent, second night was a pianist. Unexpected bonus and just part of the extra care and attention that the hotel offers. The staff were exceptionally helpful, polite, professional, all that one could hope from a fine hotel.

Bad sound isolation in the room. The breakfast tablecloth had some stains from the previous people using it.

The room was very well decorated, clean and spacious. The breakfast was well prepared and up to the expectations. The staff offered a ticket to a fado show in a different hotel from the same company. The location was perfect, near the center of the village and with parking close by.
