We didn't find the bed very comfy and wonder if a mattress topper would help. However it was better than many others we've slept in over the years, and it won't put us off rebooking and thoroughly recommending.

Catarina was brilliant - so kind, polite, helpful and easy to contact with prompt responses. A lovely lady who went out of her way to ensure we had a good time. The property was brilliant - nice to have the underground parking so that we could load/unload without getting wet. The lifts were clean and quick and the apartment was very well equipped and large. We loved the sea views. Good cleanliness should be noted too.

Nothing negative to mention, it was all perfect

Wonderful apartment located in front of the best beach in Peniche. This is the cleanest apartment I've ever stayed on, with everything sparkling clean, impeccable linen and towels, and a fully equipped kitchen. The host was super friendly despite having to wait for us to arrive later than expected due to our flight being delayed. She helped us with tips, had some complimentary coffee and sweets ready for our arrival, and was helpful during all our stay. The neighbourhood itself is not too special but the flat is just across some dunes from the beach, has a supermarket 10 min away by foot, the town center is about 15 min walking, and the flat is nicely decorated and very well insulated - at night you can't hear a sound despite being near the entrance road to Peniche. We could also leave the rented car in the garage which was super convenient. We were two adults and two kids and felt very much at ease at all times in this spacious, modern apartment. I would totally recommend it!

There is no air con in the apartment. In order to air the apartment you need to open windows and doors. Unfortunately the traffic noise from the road below was very loud when windows were open.

The apartment is spotless,spacious and very comfortable. It is very well equipped with everything needed for your stay. The underground car park was great and secure. The views of the sea from the apartment were lovely. The check in was very straight forward. Host was easy to contact and prompt replies.

Excellent and clean apartment. Nice view to the ocean. Close to the restaurants and amazing places to visit. ( Berlengas island, Sintra, Lisbon, Nazare, Obidos) and possibility to do surfing 🏄‍♀️. Catarina, the owner, very useful and nice person.

It would have been better to have a car, I traveled by bus and there were no ubers or taxis available in the area through the apps I know of. Location is about a 20-30 min walk to town and the marina. Not a bad walk but made for some tight timing when I realized this at the last minute trying to make the boat departure.

The host is very kind and accommodating, helped me book a boat trip to Berlenga island which should not be be missed by visitors. Across the street from a surf school and good surfing beach. Very and nice and well maintained property with a great view.

The view and the location are great! It took us only 5 min to walk to the surf school where we had our surf lessons. The apartment is great and very comfortable.
