The elevator is a bit small for a person in a wheelchair, but we could manage. No negative remarks otherwise.

The hotel is designed in a nice style. We travelled with a person requiring a wheelchair and the staff was really friendly and willing to help. It was no problem to send us an item we forgot at the room by mail afterwards, definitely a good service.

It seems to be unusual that there was only one chair presented in the room for two persons was presented.

The location of the hotel is suitable for the people who are involved in the business trip, because there are public, infrastructure and transport facilities are close to the hotel in walking time and time to transport to and from the airport is about 20-25 min. Bus and suburban train stations are close to the hotel. The breakfast looks like a standard European breakfast. Coffee unlike chain hotels is available from a coffee machine and I would say of a fairly high quality. The room is cleaned daily, the service is not intrusive and does not disturb guests. The staff are friendly and always willing to help.

We stayed 3 nights and our adult daughters joined us, due to an onward flight for one night. The surcharge for this one night on the sofabed was quite pricey. Whilst it was a good bed for 2 adults I still I feel we could have spent that on a whole room with a proper bed.

Anna was so attentive and informative. She spoke English fluently and I overheard her speak French fluently too! Nothing was too much trouble. We felt at home right from the start. I even liked the shampoo which is a first for me.

The room was very small and not too much of a place to the suitcases. The location is not as good.it takes 25 minutes but Uber or Taxi from the hotel to the most locations. Bathroom maintenance: water in the shower drains very slowly.shower door was loose and so was the glass shelf by the mirror.had to ask to fix it which they have done after 48 hours.

Staff in reception were lovely , very friendly and helpfu las they could be. Rooms were quiet, small but perfctly formed and nicely decorated, very clean. Quite a few ~English language channels on Tv. Nice little inner courtyard to chill in during day or evening. breakfast was plentiful.

The hotel staff, and in particular, the owner took a personal interest and were very helpful in resolving problems encountered (traffic fine and ill health) whilst in Lisbon. They went out of their way to help.

Convenient location with plenty of restaurants and short walk to the metro, choice of two stations. In the room, the bed was comfortable and the shower was excellent, plenty of hot water and pressure. Breakfast was included in our rate. It was varied, appealing yo a wide range of tastes and there was plenty. Staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. We highly recommend.

We liked the small outside seating area. Rooms are clean and comfortable, newly refurbished. Breakfast is very basic but fine for a few nights. staff was very friendly.
