Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesThe triple room was so tight, it must have been a double room at some point. No place for luggage, had to use one of the beds. Parking is not easy.

FranceI choose this hotel for its parking availability. There was only two spaces which were already taken. I was adviced to park in a nearby street, "for free" was I told and confirmed two times. I got a ticket because it is free but only until 9am then you have to pay. I was not told about it. 8 Euros was the fine..
Room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. A little noise from the street, not unbearable. Old city very easily accessible by foot. Good bakery across the street.

PortugalThe room was a bit old fashioned and quite small. We were only 2 people in a 3 person room, for 3 would be quite tight especially with bigger luggage.
Everything was okay, the room was clean and the location is close to the old centre. The bathroom was renovated and shower was very nice. Staff was friendly.

Not far from the city center, unexpensive, nice for a 1 night stay. We could leave our luggage there even before de check-in time, as we arrived too early, so they were really nice for that service. Without complications.

CanadaThere's dim lighting in the room & common areas (though there was a bright table lamp in the room which helped). The room's insulation wasn't great but cranking the heating way up meant it was ok (RIP hotel power bills, but from the guest's perspective that isn't a downside). WiFi was also somewhat inconsistent.
This is about what you'd expect from a 2* hotel in a big urban area. The place was functional and cheap, and the bed was firm. The location was good - the cathedral was only 15 mins walk away. There was free parking too. It was also the first time I've seen the temperature displayed on the aircon, which was brilliant. There was also a bidet, which was nice (I stayed in 4 hotels in Portugal and this was the only place with one)

JerseyThere wasn't any facilities to get a drink etc, didn't like the tiny lift and unfortunately we were on the top floor where there was a mattress and other items on the stairs. The rooms weren't sound proofed and the walls were very thin so the noise was bad. Next doors bed was extremely squeaky!! It looked very shabby from outside.. i think it's very over priced!
It was just off the main street and it was pretty clean. The air conditioning was amazing!
