There was no kettle for hot water, coffee/ tea making facilities. No water bottle was provided.. For the price paid, this could hav been provided.. They have two properties.. so I reached the place which the google maps was showing .. From there they took me to the other property which was may be around 300 meters from there..

The property was close to the airport..Just one metro stop from the airport.. and at a walking distance from the metro stop .. The room and the bathroom were clean .. The place was quiet .. There were many restaurants nearby ..

Power went out and I couldn’t make a coffee before my flight, had to haul my luggage down tile stairs in the dark. *Note: no lift/elevator at this property.

Close to the airport, although uber driver got lost and instead of taking 5 minutes it took 35 minutes. The staff were kind and helpful. Clean room, good restos nearby etc.

The booking said reception was available until midnight. We had a late flight in, and we knew we should be there around 2300. After booking and on the day of our flight we were informed they wouldn't be available after 2230 and that posed some challenges including follow-up communications. In the end it all worked out well. The staff member waited until 2300 and was pleasant and helpful. Their booking information should be updated, and more information could be provided for after-hours check-in.

Hospedaje Los Rosales is really close to the airport. It's also in a dynamic district for eating and heading out of a beverage or two. Many establishments within a block or two and most are open late. There's a little grocery down the block, open (when we were there) from 0830-2300. Lots of options for snacks, breakfast, etc.

The hotel was really nice. We booked there because we had an early flight. The location was perfect, because it was a 20 min walk to the airport. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was extremely clean and the bed was very comfortable. It's probably the best bed I slept in in Madrid. It's a bit outside of the city center, but the area has some nice restaurants and a cozy plaza. It was a nice, quiet neighborhood. There is a metrostation near by. I would recommend this hotel!

I highly recommend this place for its convenient location near the airport, only 5 minutes by taxi for 7 euros, and close to the metro station. The room is clean and the area is peaceful. The host is very friendly and even accepted to receive a package on my behalf. Perfect for a short stay.

Easy access to the airport. 1 metro stop away. We only needed a room for 1 night as we had a connection for another destination. The lady at the reception was super helpful and friendly, very sweet too. There are plenty of cheap places to eat around the area too. Thank you.

The floor was super cold, as I forgot to bring my slippers. I defenitely recommend bringing something to wear.

The hostel was near the airport, so it was good for going to the airport at the middle of night by taxi. The room was quite big and comfortable and the staff was friendly.
