We didn’t stay where we booked. We expected to stay in the hotel but we had to walk 5 minutes to another location and stay in a room on a back street.

a bit pricey, but it seems the cost of Hostels in Spain have increased over the last ten years. this property was one of the cheaper in the area but I still feel the price for one night is quite high

The hotel is rather noisy, especially from the waterpipes and can hear your neighbours talking. I had German neighbours and sometimes I could literally hear what they said (fortunately all guests followed the hotel's advice to be quiet at late hours!). The room was quite small and the view was not very good, as the windiow was rather high.

Location was OK: only five minutes walking yo the charming Plazaayor de Barajas *the rest of Barajas is not interesting). A lot of shops, restaurants etc. are very near. It is only 25 minutes walking to the airport (but by a rather strange roas partly without sidewalks). There are tea/coffee facilities at the reception. Contrary to what other guests wrote I could leave my luguge there for a couple of hours.

we looked for a place close to the airport for 1 night, as a lay over. it was just that, nothing more or less.

There was no hairdryer and the coffee machine was hard to operate.

nearby restaurants and pubs, just over the road, Just stood overnight, can not say more. Rooms ot big, but equipment was in good shape. Complete self service, staff shall be there at daytime, I was there in the night only.

There was no kettle for hot water, coffee/ tea making facilities. No water bottle was provided.. For the price paid, this could hav been provided.. They have two properties.. so I reached the place which the google maps was showing .. From there they took me to the other property which was may be around 300 meters from there..

The property was close to the airport..Just one metro stop from the airport.. and at a walking distance from the metro stop .. The room and the bathroom were clean .. The place was quiet .. There were many restaurants nearby ..

Power went out and I couldn’t make a coffee before my flight, had to haul my luggage down tile stairs in the dark. *Note: no lift/elevator at this property.

Close to the airport, although uber driver got lost and instead of taking 5 minutes it took 35 minutes. The staff were kind and helpful. Clean room, good restos nearby etc.

The booking said reception was available until midnight. We had a late flight in, and we knew we should be there around 2300. After booking and on the day of our flight we were informed they wouldn't be available after 2230 and that posed some challenges including follow-up communications. In the end it all worked out well. The staff member waited until 2300 and was pleasant and helpful. Their booking information should be updated, and more information could be provided for after-hours check-in.

Hospedaje Los Rosales is really close to the airport. It's also in a dynamic district for eating and heading out of a beverage or two. Many establishments within a block or two and most are open late. There's a little grocery down the block, open (when we were there) from 0830-2300. Lots of options for snacks, breakfast, etc.
