Our room was on the third floor and there is no lift, but the staff was kind enough to help us with the heavy luggage. :)

The room was really spacious, comfortable and equipped with everything that was needed. The staff was really kind, the building is beautiful, there is also a nice garden bar. Not a super central location, but still we managed to walk to Alfama and the centre. And there is a tram nearby :)

One of the best hostels I ve been so far!!! Everything is designed for your comfort, every single detail. Always clean rooms and all common areas. A lot of showers , so even in high season there is no problem with waiting in line. Incredible charming indoor garden where you can rest and chill. Also best equipped kitchen I ve seen in hostel, so there is no problem to cook a meal. Aaaand on top of this the cutest staff team😊 wish I could mention their names, but unfortunately didn't ask ( my mistake). Always smiling, always willing to help and ready to give you the best recommendations. Definitely the place to stay❤️ With love from🇲🇩

Almost every time when I'm staying here i feel that people at reception so tired of tourists. They barely speak to you, sometimes ignore your questions and doesn't make any "welcome, happy to host you" vibe at all. I'm not expecting anything extra, but at least some nice conversation, sorry for bothering you guys 😕

I really love this place for esthetical reasons first. The hostel located in historical building with spacious wooden corridors, old fashiond balconies etc. Beds are super comfy, with personal ligh and charging spot. The garden is absolutely lovely and cute

Nothing at all to complain about!

This place is genuinely the absolute best hostel I have stayed in anywhere in the world. Every single detail has been thought of. It's comfy, staff are incredible, your bed becomes your own private little world that has charging facilities for each bed, storage and space is adequate. And it seems to attract a very good crowd that are respectful and trusty.

The location is a bit far from the city centre, but still walkable (25mins). It was a bit noisy to sleep on the weekends due to the noise from the bar and streets.

The beds were comfortable and private. The showers had everything needed – even a hair dryer! The breakfast was basic but nice and the backyard garden made it lovely! It's also possible to use big refrigerators for storing your own food in the common kitchen and also cook it there. The common area is great for laptop work. There's an outdoor and indoor bar, both with great atmosphere.

Historic building in Lisbon, easy to reach by public transportation (subway station just a few minutes away). My room was clean and quite, with a tent for every bed for privacy. The bathroom inside the room was clean and spacious. There's a clean and organized kitchen, and one can choose to eat in the dining room or outside in a cured garden. Supermarkets are close (a small Auchan and a Lidl). There's a tram 29 stop a minute walk from the hostel door (if you fancy the crowd).

A famous hostel chain, i was in this hostel in Barcelona. In Lisbon i liked it more. Its very clean, friendly and helpful staff, very tasty breakfast. Everyday some entertainments organized from Hostel, cost free city tours, and very nice bar.

The bar was not open when we were there which was a bummer. Which would could have brought some wine in to enjoy in the garden area since we didn’t have access to the bar. Someone kept locking the main door to the bathrooms (which had multiple stalls so should not have been locked) and therefore I had to use another floors bathrooms.

Great location in central Lisbon. Transport was so easy to access. Everything was clean and organized. The back garden area was beautiful and such a lovely oasis in the city.
