The stay is very nice. It is very clean and staffs are very friendly. But I didn’t not know the bar by the garden runs until 1 am. The music was very loud and impossibly to block it.

It was very clean. The building is beautiful. The pictures of the rooms are real.

The door ring wasn't very obvious, so when I got there it was raining and I wasn't sure how to communicate with them. I was lucky someone came out instantly. Also the best neighborhoods to go out for restaurantes, bars and touristic attractions demand a good walk.

The place is really nice, the staff was very helpful and there are some nice restaurantes around the area. There is also a Metro station not very far from it. The common areas, specially the bathrooms were exceptionally clean!! Will recommend it, and probably go back there soon.

Such beautiful big rooms with the comfiest beds ever. Staff were so lovely and it was a very social hostel. Great location and kitchen was huuuge and very well equipped.

almost no space in the 4-beds room, it was really crowded with 4 people in.

Everything was always perfectly clean, nice and friendly staff, great location, beautiful building, nice garden and bar, good quality of a bed, surprisingly well-equipped and big shared kitchen where you can cook your own lunch or dinner. I highly recommend the place.

Locker in dorm didn't work. Breakfast is pricy, given there is a nice local bakery just across the street.

7€ for breakfast is a bit of a ripoff, and while some of the staff were extremely nice, other staff members were quite rude. one of them working the bar really didn't like the friends I had made and another was extremely rude to my buddy at the counter when he spoke Spanish to him saying "just speak to me in English I don't understand anything you're saying", my friend is French so forcing him to speak English doesnt make the communication any better and the staff member could've handled that situation in a much more professional manner, it seemed like he refused to give my friend a chance to speak Spanish to him (btw my bud does speak Spanish sometimes u don't understand once and can just ask him to repeat himself it's way more professional) it felt like he didn't really want to work the front counter and just wanted to be rude for whatever reason. this hostel is fantastic and it's unfortunate that a few rude staff members cltaje away from that experience when most of the staff were accommodating and very friendly and kind.

beds were very comfy, had curtains for privacy and outlets. rooms were big and the facilities were very clean. the building is very pretty and well located and the price was more than fair. the outdoor bar was nice as well as the food. and the outdoor space was very comfy and pretty. I made great friends in this trip and don't regret staying here at all.

I had a chance to stay in two rooms, one of them was mixed 4 beds which was okay and pretty decent. I decided to stay one night extra and got another room, which was same mixed 4 beds, but waaay smaller.

As you can see from the photos, the building is amazing and the garden is even more impressive. The stuff was really kind and welcoming, the attitude made my heart sing. Thanks for being kind and understanding.

They should pay more attention to specific requests, if they are seriously motivated... I send them an email a couple of days before my arrival, asking if they could assign me (if possible!) a "bottom bed", because I had just broken my collarbone and I was completely unable to use my right shoulder, let alone climbing up the ladder of a bunk bed to reach the "top bed". They told me that they were unable to reserve specific bed (as if I had asked for some special accomodation!), but they "would do their best to accomodate my request"... they did nothing! Luckly my plane to Lisbon was scheduled quite early in the afternoon, so I was able to check-in at the hostel when there were still a couple of bottom bed available in the dormitory I was assigned to, but 20 minutes later they were already taken. If I had arrived just a little bit later, I'd have been forced to go somewhere else and search for another accomodation. (I'd like to point out that both beds have the same price and you can't choose one or the other while you are booking)

Nice interior design, close to a Metro station, has a nice kitchen, dinning area and outdoor space. The iconic trams glide by right in front of the hostel.

The bathroom was always clean. Curtains on the bed. Lockers. I met other travellers. Supermarkets and shop 3 min walking distance. There is a shared kitchen.

That you couldn’t drink your own wine in the hostel which I had already bought before arriving. You had to buy from their bar.
