Excellent location, friendly staff

We were a family of 3 adults in the room but we only got 2 towels of every type: on arrival I aked an additional set of towels to the staff at the reception and they provided it, but the following days they always gave just 2 towels for us.

The room was big with plenty of space, 3 beds, a table/desk and 2 armchairs, the beds were comfortable, with double pillows softs and hard; the bathroom was large with bath tub, sink , wc and bidet. Our floor and the overall structure was very quiet despite being full with groups of pilgrims. We had half board and we were really satisfied both with breakfast with large choice of sweet and salty alternatives, and with the choices for dinner from the à la carte menù. The parking was free of charge and very big. Staff was helpful , polite, informative and nice.

Wish room service or a food option was available until midnight so that there is an option for a meal after the candlelit mass or late arrivals. Coffee facilities in the room.

In reality nor my wife or I can find anything to suggest except to keep the pricing as is. Under these circumstances we will definitely return in a year or two.

The truth is that from the moment we met the reception at the front desk, we received nothing but excellent service and advice. They were cordial and truly seem committed to ensure we had a safe and successful visit. It did not matter which shift we encountered we were treated excellent. The breakfast was excellent and the main dishes had enough variety and were good tasting. The prices were just right to beat those outside and encouraged us to return and try a variety of entrées. Even more impressive was the service received from the restaurant staff; from the maître d' and the head waiter, down to the rest of the staff I cannot say enough good things about the restaurant and I wish I had their names to thank them individually. even the lady at the gift shop had a beautiful disposition and was helpful and caring.

Beautiful hotel with the perfect location to the Sanctuary.

We wish there is a kettle and tea and coffee inside the rooms especially after going home from the nightly procession we want a nice cup of tea to warm us up before going to bed.

The location is perfect only few minutes walk from the Sanctuary and 5 mins taxi to the bus station. The breakfast was superb , delicious pastries , variety of cheeses and cold cuts. The hotel is beautiful and clean . Very good value for money.

Excellent hotel. So close to the shrine and basilica. You could walk to everything. Room was comfortable but basic. Had everything ( except and iron) that we needed. Highly recommend! Would stay again.

I can't say anything negative at this time as I love the hotel. I booked for next year but at this moment in time, the hotel is fully booked on the dates I want.

Love the proximity to the shrine. Staff were really friendly and the facilities are top notch! The breakfast was really good with a variety of food offered.
