We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Great variety of breakfast served which is always a bonus when stopping anywhere with children. Chose due to location and transport links into London. Room was clean and enough for 2 adults and the 2 children 6&9 on the sofa bed.

Also, we booked a standard room and we were given a room with disability access even though the hotel was pretty quiet. Rooms from the main road are extremely noisy plus the room was super warm and the air conditioning is just outdated, hence wasn't coping with the warmth inside the the room.

United KingdomThere was 1 man on reception who was rude when I asked about if the hot chocolate is gluten free due to my son having coeliac disease. The man was very rude.
The location was amazing as we had harry potter tour booked, gf selection was good for breakfast, rooms clean and hotel was clean. Sylvia was lovely and could not do enough to help us in the mornings. If you asked for extra towels or anything the staff would bring them. Very welcoming staff. Large carpark and very local to a small retail park( including sainsburys and just a 10 min walk away from local mcdonalds and Subway). Would definitely stay again.

Excellent location for the train station which gets you into London in less than 30 minutes. Good breakfast. Rooms were simple and clean with all the necessary facilities. Staff were pleasant. Plenty of parking.

SpainI know England is an expensive place, cup of coffee 4 pounds, Kleenex tissues 3 pounds but a Shandy drink at the hotel was 6 pounds 20 and I think this was a bit OTT. I think they could still make a profit on the liquid served if it was half the price. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Be aware information The Pub opposite the hotel is very expensive, fish and chips 18 pounds 50, jump in the car and go into town, the same meal was 7 pounds 50
This was my second visit and I stated earlier that I would review after this latest stay. The hotel is in a lovely situation near a river and you can enjoy a walk in the evening sun along it. The staff are lovely, friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well maintained during my visit. The breakfast has a good choice of food to cover every taste. Two exciting happening's during the visits, no eggs for two days breakfasts and a fire false alarm which had us all out of our beds in the early hours for a while.. It is my last visit to England but I would happily return to the hotel again.

United KingdomWe checked in about 3pm. After 2 hours someone has been given the same room. My daughter with my niece were resting in their room when the door opened with the key card and the woman walked in claiming that it is her room... She was really surprised that someone is already there. This should not happen so the staff should tick off the rooms already occupied on their computers. When we arrived there was no que to check in so there should be no mistakes made. The rest of our stay was good.
The breakfast was very basic. The restaurant room wasn't hoovered after last meal (there were bits of food on the carpet)
