1) carry luggage on stairs - should offer help, happy to pay gratuity. 2) very dirty/terrible outside entrance corner. Terrible first impression of property.

Location is 10/10. Host was helpful and response fast. Clean inside. Bed ok. Coffee/tea good. Stairs terrible with luggage’s. You need to install metal slide on the side for luggage. (E.g. see photo attached)

It would be great if there were some blinds or blackout curtains on the window in the bedroom, as there's a street light right outside that shines in all night long.

The location was perfect, right in the heart of Lisbon and close to all the places we wanted to visit. The room was immaculately clean and the host made us feel really welcome and gave us some great advice on parking locations in the local area.

Nothing. For someone with mobility issues the stairs might be a problem. The AC wasn’t working. But I’m sure it’s fixed by now.

There was building work going on upstairs and next door but it didn’t affect our stay apart from passing builders up and down on the stairs with various building materials. Also, next door to a Peep show!

Reading lights could be improved.

Closeness to Rossio Square and access to all forms of transport. Roomy and comfortable.Great to have free access to shared laundry on our floor.

We don’t have any, everything was just fine for us. However, because the apartment has window to the Rossio Square it can be loud in the morning with traffic noise. For us wasn’t a problem since we are early risers. Another thing to consider is the access to the apartment, is not suitable for those who are having mobility issues, there is no elevator and the stairs are steep - but if this is the case, Lisbon is not the best option for you.

Perfect location, in the center of the old town with easy access on foot to Alfama and Bairro Alto neighborhoods. It’s perfect for those who want to be close to all the places, with easy access to metro and train station at Rossio. Room is comfortable and clean with all important amenities (AC, kitchen appliances, hair dryer ). Cleaning was done daily, room was spotless.

Washing Machine was in a communal area which made it hard to get to use. We thought this was going to be in our room.

Location was amazing, could not have been any better. Room was excellent and had everything you needed. Everything was clean and tidy.

The area is quite noisy due to the nightlife. Additionally, the entrance door of the building is next to a strip club/peep show, which plays loud music continuously from 11 in the morning until midnight during the week (Saturdays included).

The structure is truly central, close to all the main attractions. It is also near two metro stops (Rossio and Restauradores) and a train station with a direct connection to Sintra. The apartment is very nice and comfortable. Although there is no reception, and the members of the staff are not present in the structure 24/7, they are very kind, attentive and helpful. It is easy to coordinate and communicate with them for check-in. In addition, having a whole apartment available provides a lot of freedom.

The shower wasn't properly sealed so leaked everywhere. The cleaners left our window open one day after cleaning so we got back in the evening to a damp floor by the window -- luckily didn't affect much else and the room is up a level so no one got in to steal anything. After heavy rains, the window also leaked, leaving a huge puddle the next day despite everything being closed. This was dealt with quickly, however. There are also 2 bright green blinking lights in the room so if you're sensitive to light when you sleep, they are quite annoying. I understand they are likely the fire alarms but plenty of hotel rooms also have fire alarms that don't blind you with green light.

Really fantastic location and great staff. The decor is really nice and the bed is very comfortable. It all overlooked Rossio Square and so you could see a lot going on throughout the day/in the evening. Closest station is Rossio station, coming into Rossio Square. A lot of restaurants and food nearby. If you travel to Sintra or anywhere else, this is a good base to have.

The only two things were there was 2 flashing fire alarms in the room which made it a little difficult to sleep, and the communal hallway had a funny smell the whole time.

We were contacted in the morning and met at the building by the host who was very friendly and helpful. Large and comfortable room which met our needs. Very clean and nice view onto the square. I thought the aircon was broken and messaged the host, she responded instantly and helped me update the settings. We were able to leave our luggage at the sister hotel round the corner on the day we checked out which was really helpful.

Being right on a very busy square means there can be a lot of noise, even at night. I had a little trouble falling asleep, but I'm a heavy sleeper, so once I was asleep it was no problem. If you are a light sleeper, or have trouble falling asleep with street noise, bring a white noise machine or some earplugs. The location and cute apartment was worth the stay.

The location is phenomenal! It's right on Rossio Square and less than a 5 minute walk to the Metro or train station.
